We have an ongoing FC storyline on Sunday nights, and a Discord with active RP channels for those who can't get in game for one reason or another. We are also hoping to start a raid team once we get more poeple.

The FF14 chapter of this guild has been put on hiatus. Although we hope to reopen the chapter if there is interest, we do not know when that will happen.

You'll want to roll on Mateus, since, as you said, Balmung is locked. (A bit biased here, since I personally play on Mateus, but it is still currently the biggest RP community outside of Balmung, and in my opinion, the best one, even counting Balmung.)

How bulletproof is Tyll'a? Not at all. He did manage to block a bullet with a sword, but shattered the sword in the process, shards riddling his face and destroying his right eye.

Some do. I know mine do! And overprotective-at-times Tyll definitely sees Tyll'a as her last remaining kit, even though he is an adult and a father himself now.

I don't hate Thordan as a character. Is he a well-written villain? Yes. But does he belong in the same category as, say, Yotsuyu? No.

World of Warcraft: I play Meladia, a former warlock turned death knight who has been struggling with the fact that, while under Arthas' control, she was forced to kill her closest friends. Elder Scrolls Online: I play a Khajiit (an ESO version of Tyll'a) that ran away from his skooma-addict father and almost froze to death in Skyrim. A Nord family took him in, and he considers that family to be far more of a family than his actual family. DC Universe Online: I play a roleplayer that merged with his character (said character being another version of Tyll'a) in a gadget accident. RP-ception! Wildstar: I used to play an ex-Dominion Chua mad scientist. However, when I retired from Wildstar, I killed that character off in dramatic fashion. D&D: I will be playing an alternate-timeline version of Tyll'a, that ended up in another world due to a magitek malfunction. But I'm waiting for the other players to make their characters before I can play.

Having played on both Balmung and Mateus, I can confidently say this: Mateus is the better server out of those two. Granted, I’ve never RPd on Omega or any other servers (except Balmung and Mateus, of course) so my recommendation is only based on those two.

I personally play on both Balmung and Mateus (with most of my time on Mateus) but I have heard that Omega is an EU RP server. I haven't RPd on Omega, but I have played there (I leveled a character there with the intention of eventually transferring her to Balmung; that character is now on Mateus). Maybe you'll want to try there?
