Heya! My character Kanako Moonweaver (wiki in my sig) is someone who has a sort temper and loves gambling. You are likely to find her at the olden Saucer at least three to four times a week. She also a bit of a flirt. I'm sure they will get along and I would love to RP. I am available for in game RP and forum RP.

*That feel when you spend 15+ minutes trying to make perfect eyeliner wings* I thought i'd look pretty today, and in the process I spent that much time because......I actually don't know why. It just wasn't working, and I kept having to fix it. Because of this, I was late. Using some Kat Von D. eyeliner from Sephora, the tip tend to go dry, so i'm always having to pinch it off to get rid of the dull tip, and to make it easier to apply. What do you guys recommend? I want to be able to do this with better eyeliner, and in less time.

It was Copperbell Mines, i'm leveling my alt Kanako. The healer wasn't that great and after asking him multiple times to stop using X move (pushed the enemies back), he went afk. So we kicked him. Fortunately, instead of everyone just leaving or being super salty about the entire thing, our SMN acted as out healer. Not once did we have someone die and we made it to the end. Yeah it's Copperbell and it's not a big deal, but I still thought it was pretty great. Pretty sure that cute lil lalafell got the commendations.

Already made a compliment about you, but who is stopping me from making another? I know you IRL and I know you are a great person. You're always there for someone. You also have some pretty great character personalities. Really happy I persuaded you to play the game.

I think myself, and everyone else here shares your same anger. If I recall, even with the new voice, Kan-E-Senna still sounds terrible. >.<

Your character is cute. I most likely wont be on Kanako today because of the event, but I should be on Saturday. I would love to meet your character and if you have any preference as to where we should RP, let me know. Remember, I am also up for forum RP.

Just thought i'd give a lil bump and also reply to the post! She already had three characters she had to manage, and now a fourth. I thank her for being willing to help me with the character concepts. Surprisingly enough, you may not find the two sisters together very often. Why? Because of their preferences. Also because we both have completely different schedules on weekdays and we often don't see each other in-game.

The week flew by fast! The event is tomorrow and we hope you all can make it!

I thought of more! When you..... Try to think of a good character reasoning behind everything your character does, and I include the little things (choosing to pick X drink over Y drink, standing up instead of sitting down) Observe other RPers who have an accent and try to "copy" it so you wont mess up. Use your own personal preferences and make it your characters preferences even though it may not make sense, you find a way. (Why they wield a sword and shield when they obviously are a better caster) Spend hours looking at the millions of tvtropes that apply to your character, even if it's just a little bit. Make a post that could easily been a line or two into something much longer because you don't want people to think you're a bad RPer.

I can attest to this. I told her about Pathfinder about 1 1/2 years ago and we've had games together ever since. Pathfinder was my first tabletop RPG and I love it. Never been a DM before, nor do I wish to be. I always had a bunch of ideas for characters that were never used, but the ones I was able to put into action have always been memorable. Tiki (Half-Elf, Aberrant bloodline Sorcerer) Serena (Human, pirate) Nyx (Sylph, rouge turned magus) Kyori (Elf, spellslinger) Syndra (Half-elf, Assasin) Shyvana (Kasatha, Ninja) I also had a bunch of one-shot characters. One of them died due to me not stating them out properly (Halfling Druid). Then again, everyone was suppose to die in that one particular game. Recently, I have been playing a Star Wars tabletop, I believe its fairly new and I unfortunately can't remember the name of it. I play a purple Twi'lek jedi apprentice, She is really young (Like....18) and has an temper issue.

I always debated about leveling ALC. I guess now I have my answer, it's just a matter of actually doing it. Thank you for all of this information, they have just about every song I really liked. Too bad they don't have Shiva's theme. >.<

Don't forget it." This is often the line she uses when introducing herself. Considering what she deals with, she doesn't want her name to be forgotten because if it is, no one will notice the trading company that she is trying to start. No one remembers her, no profit, no profit means no job. Kanako at a glance doesn't look much like a professional merchant, however, once the conversation moves on along, it becomes more apparent that she knows whats she is dealing with and what she is talking about. When she isn't worried about making trade deals, she is often lounging in some nearby tavern, only taking a sip of a drink or two and then hoping someone will be willing to buy her more. Unlike her sister Mamiko Moonweaver, Kanako is rather informal and laid back. She'll talk about just about anything and speak what is on her mind. Her downfall is that she is short tempered. When something doesn't going her way or even worse then she planned it, she'll begin to curse like a sailor. It has gotten to a point where she has learned to keep her composure out in public, but once she is alone or with her sister, she wont hesitate in expressing how she really feels. You can find her just about anywhere, although she does spend most of her time in Gridania. This is mainly because she has to help her sister with the animal skin sales. It may no longer be their largest profit like it use to be, it's still nice to keep the trade going as some people still rely on the animal skins they collect. If she isn't in Gridania, take a look around Ul'dah. She'll either be in the Quicksand or at Pearl Lane. Not in Ul'dah? Then look to Limsa Lominsa. You may not find her here very often, but she still has to complete trade deals. Sometimes she just goes to enjoy the beautiful weather and the smell of the ocean. If you wish to know her backstory, by all means check out the wiki. I haven't worked on all of the details and the writing hasn't been cleaned up yet. I used some 'filler' names because I couldn't think of any names at the time. With that in mind, I don't wish to give a brief summary of her backstory here. Seeking connections: -Other Merchants She relies on making trade deals and sales. If she doesn't make other connections, then she wont make any profit, no profit means no home. -Drinking Buddies (aka. friends) Considering that she hangs out at the Quicksand often, she'll talk to a lot of people. Hoping to get some long-term friends instead of just 'one conversation' connections. -Other performers Did I mention she was a dancer? No? Well she is and although her sister is a great dancing partner, she would prefer to expand her horizons. -Rivals Weather is be business rivals or personal rivals, i'm sure she will make a few rivals down the road. -Future FC Members Although she has the ambition to start her own trading company, she hasn't set things in motion yet. First she needs people who are actually willing to work with her and help get her ideas rolling. OOC information: Kanako is an alt and not level 50 yet. Bare in mind that I am always open for RP, but walks ups happen less often since I am leveling like crazy. Sometimes I wont even RP with her after leveling, i'll switch back to Nanagi. I think it's a good idea that I made this thread because it'll get me more involved in RP that isn't with Nanagi. I'm on the East Coast! My availability on weekdays (excluding Thursday) are 5:30pm-9:00pm (sometimes 8pm). On weekends its usually from 10:00am-3:00am. Not also am I available for in-game RP, but I also don't mind forum RP. You may choose whatever is more convenient for you.

I was able to RP with a friend of mine with her alts, this helped me figure out how I wanted to play her and I thank her for taking time to RP with me. Nanagi: Once she figured it out, she would find something to cover her up and get to the Wayfarer's ASAP. She would keep herself locked up in her room, and not come out for the next two days. Give enough people time to forget about, and to help herself forget about it. Kanako: She likely wouldn't mind it too much. I mean, she would want to cover herself up eventually, but she isn't going to get all embarrassed about it. Not sure what else to say about it since she is still a WIP and haven't RPed with her much.

You should be sorry! No seriously, I feel ya. The more I read about lore, the more i'm like; "Is this even possible for me to do X thing in X plot because X lore reasons? Can I do X thing or will it be seen as lore breaking?" I suppose thats why I can sometimes be not fun and just say "But lore says X thing, so thats not right." I run into the problem of being afraid that someone will walk away from our RP because i'm either taking too long (because I am a semi-slow reader), or because I have a hard time starting up a conversation and keeping it going. After about a conversation or two, it gets better, it's just a matter of getting there. It's even worse when it's Quicksand RP because, well, it feels like it's just a bit more difficult for some reason. *shrug* Someone walking away to join some random person has actually happened to me before......

Just like these two, I don't know of any. Would love to know if you guys find any. I'll be sure to listen out for one and ask my crafter/gatherer friends about this.

I held on to my Allagan Casting robe thinking that it would just you know....switch over to dyeable on it's own? It's honestly not too much of a big deal to me sooooo. *shrug* Everything looks pretty nice. I can say that i'm more hyped for this patch than I was for the last. Antitower looks like it'll be really fun, I love the cute frog boss. New hairstyles are nice, I always love new hairstyles. I likely wont ever use them, but that's okay. Midas looks crazy, especially the final boss that reminds me of Power Rangers.

Another question! Was it possible to travel from Othard (more specifically, Doma) to Eorzea, and vice versa? When I ask this, I mean before we started seeing refugees. If it was possible, how would people do it? Was there trade between Eorzea and Othard?
