And when I wanted to make a red haired Elezen I had to settle for pinkish red, as only Hyur are allowed Auburn. DX

I've seen horns on lalafells. There's some accessory that gives them long, sloping ones.

Spent so long trying to catch one fish that I leveled twice and got the 'the fish sense that something is amiss' twice. The one single time I actually caught the right moochable fish I automatically clicked on recast. DX

I am definitely looking for someone to help coordinate these if you (or anyone!) are interested! Actually been looking around for help with this for a while now... >.> IC dungeons usually take more advance planning than simple, drop-in RP and a certain level of commitment from those who say they want to go. Since running a group RP event in the open world for our 2nd weekly RP event, I'll admit I've gotten a bit too self-conscious about organizing scenes or plot lines that require more commitment and have a mixed bag of expectations from others. The interest is there, so I'm happy to have some help with this! :thumbsup: I'll help! I actually already tried making a thread for IC dungeons but got no interest. If we can get the interest then I'm happy to help with planning etc.

Hmm, yeah I can see why they wouldn't have a tan, but I just wish that the grey colours didn't make them look so sickly.

Surely I'm not the only one who finds random stuff to comment on about the game that doesn't deserve its own thread. I felt like making a thread for that purpose that anyone can post in. To start with, as I was poking around char creation testing stuff, why do Keepers of the Moon have only gray or white skintones? Anything darker than pale as pale can be has a greyish hint to it or is outright blue/black. I wish I could use the Seeker colour palette and have a healthy tan.

I tried doing a class that my char wasn't interested in once and she spent the entire time whinging inside my head. I guess I'm still adjusting to FFXIV; the previous game I played was 100% IC and your class/es were linked to your RP and involved in your RP. Any PvE was also done IC and incorporated into your char's story, which I find very hard to do here.

Ah, ok. I got confused when one guy said he shared his with his alt. So, anyone can just walk into them like you can with private rooms, without the owner's permission?

I think I originally made several chars 'cause there were lots of classes I wanted to try that my first char was not interested in. Which, I suppose, would again be a problem if I cut down.

Are apartments able to be shared or it's one person only?

What does the linkshell actually do? Just help RPers level or actually run Dungeons etc. IC?

I've been playing FFXIV for a few months now and I think I've screwed up. Due to all the stuff I wanted to see and do I've ended up making 4 different chars and I'm now finding it hard to give all of them play without feeling as if I have to schedule specific days of the week for each char. Plus it gets confusing. DX My brain is trying to persuade me to ditch them and start again, which is a really bad idea 'cause I really don't want to have to do MSQ a million times. How do people with multiple chars handle them all?

I'm not sure how this is going to get you RP tbh. You'll just get people who want help with end game content.

I remember doing a dungeon with a tank who, a short way in, politely asked me if I could please switch to Emerald Carbuncle as Topaz was competing with him for aggro. I said, oh really, I didn't know that. I'll switch now. No need to get butthurt about being asked to fix a problem. They just explained what the problem was and I took their advice to fix it. I don't get why people get shitty about stuff like that.

I hope they don't all get snapped up immediately, 'cause I can't even afford one right now.

There will be a chocobo stables outside the apartment buildings, however there won't be gardening. One out of two isn't bad! I'll take that.

I don't suppose apartments will come with chocobo stabling abilities and/or gardens?

What is going to be the difference between houses and apartments?
