What's weird is that, if it's really limited to the servers using the new instancing system, this is something they could have tested without the servers going live. It just requires patience. The best thing to do is to try once every half hour or so and go do something else until it works. Link to comment

That they're all connecting from different sources (PS3/PS4/PC) probably doesn't help lighten the load either. Link to comment
