Putting aside the hair and eye colour...that Hyur looks almost exactly like Graeham.

 

I like the NIN, DRG and PLD sets the most. I'll go for PLD first and then DRG second I think!

I really like the Summoner set, the Ninja set, the Machinist set and the Dark Knight set. The Scholar coat and hat look cool, but I'm not a fan of the rest. Bard and Dragoon look kinda cool too. The Monk set looks ridiculous. I know it's an homage to Yang from FFIV, but I think it looks really bad.

I was gonna use the DRK AF2 relic in my rp but I know everyone will be using it now.

Just so much more work to get this than AF2 (Okay really it's only because you have to be rank 49 (50 is the sword.) and the queues take forever.)

I'm still a bit miffed that the three new jobs had their iconic armor stuck behind a grind wall instead of given to them in their questline like the others.

 

That said, I hope someone posts the female versions just to compare them which each other.

I don't have access to something to do that, but just to let you know, the WHM gear, for instance, the pants are a skirt on the girls (a short skirt similar to the "skirtpanties" from the AF1 gear set).

Love a lot of the new gear. Though...I've been WHM main for a bit now and maybe its just the hyur is a shorty but the new gear looks kinda...frumpy. Just personal opinion. Not overly fond of the skin tight hood inside a hood deal either but the weapon is beautiful. Want very much.

Unfortunately, the helmet does not visor. Just got mine the other day and gave it a try. The mask does dye with the rest of it, however.
