No problem. I don't see a reason why we couldn't do one at like, 1PM EST or something? That'd be slightly early for my PST folks but it'd be evening across the EU.

 

Definitely worth considering if there's demand.

Does this mean there will be two or the entire thing moving to 1? If there is two I will be glad to help oversee the EU one since I want bri to fight in the evening one.

AFAIK, the linkshell isn't used anymore. You only need to show up at the specified time and stand in line to compete!

As the topic seems to be locked, I'd like to discuss this with Warren since he wont' discuss it in game, despite polite requests for it. And to see him making that post in such an insulting way just before locking the thread is a bit... disheartening.

The RP should have ended there. I made very clear both by my IC positioning (Again, not going to be shoulder-to-shoulder rubbing against eachother... That's just an uncomfortable OoC and IC distance issue, and is more an OoC issue you have), and the gap was small enough that you could, at most, fit a single person in it. Even your own picture is rather damning - you can see me on the far left of your picture, clearly in line. So why was such a fuss made over it, when you can clearly see more a gap FOUR PEOPLE TO THE RIGHT?

Please take this to tells, also understand that Warren is running the event. He has a spreadsheet to watch, calls to make, people to put against one another and his own dealings to handle. Even I can't bug him while he is handling Grindstone.

It's Warren's event, until such time as someone else takes it over.  No matter who runs the event, they have the right to kick you out of it.  Don't like it?  There's other fighting tournaments to go to.  Might I suggest the Runestone?

 

Either way, there's rules and they're expected to be followed.

Your original thread made a bit of a show asking for another arbiter or someone to talk to. However, it is extremely clear you already knew who you likely had to speak to and just wanted to air out your problems for the entire forum to see in an attempt to stir up trouble.

 

If you actually wanted to resolve things, you would have sorted it out privately in PMs or tells with the appropriate folks instead of dragging the entire RPC into this. Take the appropriate channels, or don't be surprised when the mods are forced to take action against you again.

Warren and I have established a proper line of communication and are seeking a positive resolution to everything. For my part, I am sorry if I offended anyone or made them feel like I was spreading things around - I was trying to find a good way to create a line of communication and may have taken the wrong steps in this endeavor. ^^
