Eve Malusion

I'm doing most of my house decoration IC. Works as both a writing exercise because I am horribly new to RPing (I know I've been here for a while but I'm only just getting around to actually starting, and I have anxiety issues about writing!) and connecting with the character in general in thinking what they would like for the decorating rather than neccessarily my own preferences. So... I guess the writing about current activities works for me, for now at least.

After finally getting the piece to finish the line, the couch tetris has cleared. Now I am experimenting with actual decorating again. Needs a bit of tuning but I think I like it?

Anyone for a round of couch tetris?

I find myself guilty of things like this unintentionally a lot. I have a very poor concept of time on a large scale, and problems with ADD. I sometimes get distracted for up to weeks without talking to my friends, then just come around thinking its only been a day or two at most and they ask where I've been all this time. Also I just kind of... forget the friend list exists in this game. Because it loads up names slowly I usually find it a hassle to check regularly, so I keep very poor track of when people I only have on there are around. In that regard if anyone sees this post and feels I've treated them that way, it's really not intentional. I'm just not a very well functioning person. Heck, me doing it extends to real life. I went two months without speaking to another human being in person earlier this year.

From my understanding: Not a specific amount. It still requires A LOT even as a bare minimum, but more = stronger incarnation of the primal being able to be summoned. It's been a long time since I did the quests that talk about it, so I might remember it wrong, though. Thinking of it in terms of visuals we are presented with, that also lines up with how summoners' egi require a few small crystals for their little ritual, refering to the crystals floating around you during the cast animations. Egis are a tiny fraction of a primal's power, so we only need a few crystals. Wonder if we can assume by this that if we had a larger amount of crystals to use in our summoning ritual, we would be able to create stronger egis. Edit: It also seems to change based on which primal you are trying to summon if I recall correctly. Ifrit usually being weaker than the others because he is usually summoned in more of a hurry, so the Amalj'aa have less crystals gathered up to summon him with. Titan being summoned as a complete beast because basically his entire cavern down there is littered with crystals used to power his summoning. We don't really get much in terms of mention, or visuals for the efforts required in summoning Garuda, that I can remember.

I have no idea of why I didn't recognize you ;_; I guess I take by granted that I'm not going to meet anyone from the RPC in a random dungeon. It was a fun run, in any case! PS: Nonopi didn't like the miqo'te. She wanted a full lala party. /pet Full lala parties are best! Especially because miqo'te who decide to use their archer healing lb for no reason should not be healed, especially when they decide they want to do pulls. What if they use it because they're not getting healed? Gotta regen that hp somehow!

I feel classy. One day someone will use the bar... maybe. Not really because I made it in our OOC FC house but I still get sad sometimes that it just goes months and months of being neglected. I'd go back and add food and wine and other things that have been added long after I decorated it but... meh.

Relatively done with first floor of my house, so starting to work on my basement finally! Fancy new couch and I love it. Need a rug under it. Taking suggestions for a rug. Yangh says to get a sheep one but I already have 3 of those upstairs. Also I have this new chestpiece. The most important thing about it is that Yangh doesn't. Edit: Also if anyone knows if there's a higher stool than the manor one, I'd appreciate knowing. Trying to make this corner spot nicely sitable. Too much clipping currently.

It's okay, Yangh. We'll always have super secret bath tub dresscode at my house! Also there is a towel rack RIGHT BEHIND ME and you apparantly NEVER NOTICED. The trick is to wait for me to go asleep rather than sneak it in while I'm grocery shopping. Edit: Oh its opposite of me actually. I forgot where I was sitting in that picture.

Oh, just whenever. I had a picture with you asleep and wanted to return the earlier comment, then realised that was taken in my bed. Also random scenic picture I took at some point. A very long ago point, just so that I don't feel like all pictures related to me are either me in Yangh's room or Yangh in my house.

After bashing my head into a wall for 7 hours, messing in System32 (Which is TERRIFYING as it turns out, if you know what can happen when messing in there and do not know your way around it), and a lot of frustrations, Nvidia finally let me update drivers so I can start playing this game. ...I'm too tired to even play it now. Tomorrow will be exciting. I can finally find a Qunari man to love.

My place came freshly furnished with new stuff, so I haven't really bought much at all, but if it hadn't it would have been a microwave. I am lazy about continuing to cook and have never had one before, this is an amazing invention that I am sure nobody knew about and I am not a decade behind everyone else. I did buy a lot of pillows. Rolling around in pillows is just fantastic.

Managed to make 58k somehow or other and now can afford rent and food again. This turned out to be the most productive staring blankly at the screen there ever was. Now I shall pass out untill a point in time where it is too late to buy this food anyway. Though, in a more serious reply, I have been neglecting all forms of social activities outside of FF in order to do patch preperation this weekend, so I suppose I'll spend the time I'm awake trying to convince people I am not ignoring them... Then promptly go back to ignoring them once servers come up.

Well, I for one have been sitting here staring blankly at the screen for an hour or two. ...I should have planned this out better. Also my avatar here is still a miqo'te, how about that. I should fix that at some point, probably. For now I will stare blankly at the screen, however. Gosh I am just the most exciting of personas.

So I've been messing about with dyeing a bit, and think I've pretty much got the system down. I didn't see anyone else posting the exact numbers for each fruit, but I have a hard time reading how the forums look right now so I might have missed it, if so, sorry. The numbers for what each fruit does is as follows: Zelphatol Apple +5 Red, -5 Green, -5 Blue Mamook Pear -5 Red, +5 Green, -5 Blue O'Ghomoro Berry -5 Red, -5 Green, +5 Blue Doman Plum -5 Red, +5 Green, +5 Blue Valfruit +5 Red, -5 Green, +5 Blue Cieldalaes Pineapple +5 Red, +5 Green, -5 Blue There is no RNG involved whatsoever, you just need to push it as close as possible to your desired values to round it off to the one you want. Any colour can be done in a single feeding session, but thats more expensive than doing it in multiple (though at current prices still fairly cheap). The one thing you do need to be wary of is order of feeding. Especially when working with colours close to the edges of the scale (Soot Black, Snow White, and so forth), and feeding a lot of fruit at once. The numbers on any colour cap at 255 max, and I am not entirely sure on bottom cap but I will assume it is 0. If you cap on either value then you will end up throwing numbers off, creating what has been interpreted by many as the element of RNG in the colour process. My recommendation for that is to rotate which fruit you feed, which will in most cases avoid capping a colour accidentaly in the process. So far managed on the basis of this to hit Shadow Blue, Soot Black, Colibri Pink and Snow White in one feeding session each, so seems to be holding up.

Balmung's Finest has still been alive and well, but Balmung's Finest 2 was basically dead, so over last month and a half I have been actively moving anyone that was still interested in 2 over to the first one with the intent of disbanding 2. Just a post to let people know I've now disbanded Balmung's Finest 2, on the off chance that I missed someone. So yeah, if you were in Balmung's Finest 2 and want into 1, just whisper me or any of the other people with invite rights. Why nots? Because with my bare smattering of AF+1 and my relic +1, I still haven't even been to coil, and I'm assuming crystal tower is a step up from that. Though they haven't released the minimum item level yet, it seems.. Actually, you would be incorrect in that. Coil is a step up from The Crystal Tower. They wanted to release it at launch, but some technical difficulties prevented them. And, it'll be available in the Duty Finder, so you can always solo queue for it. I'm pretty sure they said solo queue is not an option for it. You can ONLY queue with a premade party of 8, that will be matched with 2 other premade parties of 8. That said, since it has no lockouts I'll probably be grabbing people from Balmung's Finest to try and do it, so now Khyros has gotten himself back on the pester to join list. You owe me for Titan, you sound like you want to go there, but I will force you even if you don't Khyros! All in all looking forward to Crystal Tower. That monk (I assume monk, the eyepatched miqo'te) shirt looks great. Might have to bring that job back out just to get it.
