@Eve I have seen this also, and they really should let the OT just take em, he does sod all dps and has mitigations. a WHM is better healing the party of 8 or dpsing, not tanking when you have a tank already.

Maybe we need a survival guide that shares strategies for surviving such things. Expect barely adequate players and characters Don't complain or draw attention to yourself Play well within your limits and the limits of others You are here to win, not make friends Don't take anything personality Let tank get pleanty of aggro and don't blow all your CDs Consider 30min lockout > fail group, there is always the PvP queue Etc..

I had this a few time. Changing datacentres and back seemed to work, but then didn't next time I got it. I restarted the game and that seemed to work also.

The glitch I refer to is maybe the character was not released when in previous renaming, so like a ghost in the system. What is the issue is someone taking over your persona and not just being sad and grabbing a name. The RP side is really not what this topic is about so I won't comment here on that.

Thanks Mae, I am being positive and have created her with a ' at the end of her name. My characters are more than a name/label anyhow. Somehow, I think it can't be good and that it really it says more about others that would do this than me. Another thing for "all the F#ks I don't give" pile.
