i meant the a and s ranks.....running on about three hours of sleep here... i just remember my first encounter finding a wild ghede ti malice and wanting to get a "closer look" because i had no idea wtf it was did not go well and i had to be revived before the hunt crowds showed up....

they also will activity try to murder your face off just by walking too close....regardless of level.....i learned that the hard way early on >n<;;;

these are for a and s rank monsters that spawn "randomly" in a given area once specific requirements are met (some take a specific type of weather, others you have to make sure a single fate in a zone does not fail for an hour, ect ect) people form up for parties to hunt them all day in order to get more hunt seals and tomes since there's no restriction on how many you can get versus the amount allowed for the weekly or daily hut marks you get off the hunt board. as for the group you joined...i'm not sure why you didn't get anything if you were there when they pulled it monster and got a few attacks in....unless it was pulled beforehand and you took down something else? that could be my only guess... .----. do you remember anything specific about the mobs you helped them kill? like the names or what they looked like?

SOMEONE's gunning for that Draft Chocobo (ogodiwantittoosobad). since i started and saw one chachan....they're so MAJESTICALLY DAPPER, i can't help it O^O also to op: as kurt can low level tank, i can low level heal (and keep him alive through massive amounts of poison... >.> ) so if you're trying to que for dps and get both of us to help; you instaque and cut that whole line! if not and you're taking, i can heal up to about lv 32 stuff. buut hopefully by the time you get up to around that stage; my healer will be a bit better geared so it won't be as stressful as my last run through the lv34 dungeon was (brafyflox is 34 right? >.>; it's early and i don't remember guys...)

i don't think i'll ever view myself as "elite" in either gameplay or rp...i know i do well enough but i don't get to the point where i think my stuff is better than others. far as gameplay goes; this is my first mmo and i'm always open to taking suggestions on how to improve my playstyle (such as rotations and the like). as far as rp goes....i have been rping a looong time over a lot of different forms but i always feel there's someone out that there that's just a better writer or has a better story compared to mine. i try really hard not to be that self absorbed in my own character's story to try and turn any and all events/conversations until they're about my character. i just want to walk away from an rp session with a tell saying "thanks that was fun" and not bust up lore too hard on the way there....because there's gonna be some bending, if it's something too far out of my comfort zone, (either for lore breaking or other reasons i didn't mention regarding a character or story) i back up, but so far i thankfully haven't had to do that too many times.

get your account setup via the mogstation...at this point if anyone helped you with the game (as in convincing you to get it or whatever) get their recruitment code; if not....pm me and i'll send you mine ;D (it's a dapper code that grants you an item to help you level and gives me a dapper two person mount to use after you pass your 3month of playing mark) then once that's set up; install the game (if you haven't already) create a character and stay up suuuper early till about 4am est to create a character for balmung (or after the servers go down for maintenance...the times to get onto balmung are bit hard since there's soo many already on. >n< ) or you can create one for gilgamesh but since you're on here asking for help; i'm assuming you wish to rp so even though there's lots of other servers you can pick from; these are the two main rp ones you'll want to look at. after that; start playing the game and enjoy! if you make it to balmung and need help leveling some stuff; feel free to send me a poke here or in game via tell and i'll see what i can do to help you get started on some stuff....or anyone else that replies to the thread; there's lots of friendly people here that i'm sure will be more than happy to help you out with any questions or low level stuff you need to party with to clear for :3

kay so on a ps4, turned on the system with the controller and it loaded JUST FINE, scrolled over to the game and opened it.....now i can't move the cursor at all with the controller. no using the d pad no using the control stick nothing. i turned off the system all the way and the controller; gave it a few minutes and turned it back on; still doing the same thing. i can use the controller fine till i open the game then nothing is moving. T______T WAT DO I DOOOO????? *also if in wrong spot; mods kindly shove me to the correct area and blame it on being too distraught to properly place this thread. glad it was just derping on my end and not actually broke

she just has a slight discomfort with people not familiar using it is all. still overall we had a nice party to celebrate sounsyy winning and surprisingly no one got wasted to the point of needing to be carried home

kurt is so good at complimenting people. everything i've seen him post on here is sincere and thoughtful. :3

kurt has such attention to detail that he failed to notice i don't have all his alts was so nice to tell me whenever i needed him for anything; to just send him a tell and he'd do what he could. even if i don't always need it, it's nice to know someone has your back like that :3
