Hello and welcome! I see you're in the UK so you might want to check out the European Directory for Balmung. We have a thriving EU community here (plus all the NA players to keep us night owls busy!) so I'd definitely recommend making an alt and see how you get on, like Nebbs said.

Good advice, thank you (and sorry for lateness, I missed your reply)! I'm not averse to going against the grain but it helps to know what the grain actually is, haha. I've been RPing her a bit and she's starting to come together now and all these little tidbits help me flesh her out. I'm thinking she would be one of the more closed minded types so would be interesting to see how Oak and her get on!

Already RPing in Limsa along with most of my FC and we've come across some random RP both there and in La Noscea. Although I'm sure it's less than we'd find in Ul'dah, it doesn't make sense IC for us to spend a lot of time in Ul'dah. We have a casual meet up every Monday in the Missing Member that's open to the public and also run the Sunny Seaside Bar if anyone's looking for more Limsan RP.
