Heyho all, After spending quite some time within the current Ishgard Linkshell, and seeing it not used at all, and the lack of the leader logging on, I've figured it may be in the best interest for us all to create a new Linkshell for our Ishgardian roleplaying needs. Yes, I've tried to catch said LS leader online, but he/she seems to have vanished completely, and the LS thread appears to be gone on top of that. Last time I've checked it the OP had deleted all the information in it. So, my fellow Ishgardians, would you be up for new Linkshell to unite us all once more? With that, I would love to find some people who wish to help me with this, seeming I am from Europe, my playtimes are odd at times, so I will need to help from active players from across the ocean! Well then. OT: Virella here, by Ishgardian standards, is pretty open. But. this does mean she is still rather closed off when it comes down to people she doesn't know all that well, keeping them safely away from her personal space. However once she is comfortable around people, she does get somewhat touchy. Pats on the back, hooking arms together, all that jazz, she does it. Although she would never do it in public, keeping it reserved for friends in private.

Shipping? Domri is probably going mad due to the amount of times I've said that Virella x Domri should happen. Like really, I need this in my life. But sadly enough that ain't going to happen in the foreseeable future. *goes to sulk in a corner*

Vi upon finding out some vital information the previous day

I went to Quicksands once on my first day playing and two female characters wanted to ERP. All I did was sit at there table with them and talk and then they asked if I like to fool around with them and that their relationship to one another was open. I was really put off by it and have been avoiding roleplaying for the past two months since then. So wanted to get some background to myself to make erpers not interested. If anything your current backstory will only draw ERPers upon you. Given very few actual lore-abiding roleplayers would wish to roleplay with you. ERPers generally do not care for the lore in the slightest, the thing you seem to be appearing to do yourself. The more exotic, the more likely these people are fawning over your character, seeming they often try to find the strangest of people to consort with. The closer you stick to the lore, the more chance you have running into serious roleplayers, and not just the deviant type.

I was not really interested in the lore to be honest. I rather build a character entering world like its fresh and build up from there. And why are you asking for advice then? If not only to stir drama? I'm really at loss here.
