I think I killed that shit for about 3 months straight every goddamn weekend (and never ended up getting the pony, because some random fuck from my EU FC would come in, snatch pony away and never log in. And this is when they were still super rare. RUGHHGFDHJFDHJ) Long story short, eventually I got so bored of it, and solo healing it as WHM was a breeze, so I decided to take a few glasses of alcohol. A few became a bit more, and before I knew it, I was completely wasted while I was doing this. Guess who couldn't move away from the spiny AoE in time. Yeah that was me. And doing t13 in first person because I was so bored did not work out all that great either. I do stupid things when I get bored

Rush AST on Cerberus to EU > Gear it up while rushing AST on Balmung > Level SCH/SMN on EU > Level SCH/SMN on Balmung > Level crafting classes on EU > Level crafting on Balmung > THEN LEVEL ALL THE OTHER CLASSES IN ORDER I FEEL LIKE IT. I will be busy for a good 2 months at least x_X!

Nah Ishgard is growing rather desperate at this point. Not as if they want to, but they got no other choice but to reel in outside help at this point!

House Fortemps is known for taking in mercs and treating them respectfully enough compared to the other houses! I believe his house will be the one to go to for mercs to serve Ishgard in change of coin. As well in several quests it is mentioned that the nobles are happy enough to throw gil at whoever comes to save their asses atm. So gil could totally be a wonderful drive to go behind the gates.

Vi's being forced back to the civilian life for the time being. Of course that does not mean she will sit back if dragons would flap over her, spitting fire at everything. Once HW hits she will be forced to teach people the way of the astrologian, and still do her calculation nonsense next to that. But for now she is not going to do a thing unless forced into combat.

For someone who claims people to be ignorant, I think you are clearly ignorant of IC/OOC boundaries. Racism is a real thing in Eorzea, heck, we see interracial couples spat upon and forced to move from their homelands in wanderer's palace. We see NPCs trashtalking other races constantly. There is nothing wrong with people being outright hostile. Of course it is still your choice if you wish to deal with it or not, but expecting a walk in the park, while unicorns skip around, the birds are whistling merry tunes and rainbows everywhere after rerolling au ra? Uhmmm. I would still expect a great deal of ignorance being flung your way of various levels. Just because people's char dislike yours for their looks, it does not mean they are angry racists OOC. It is roleplay.

Only did it once! Was some server wide event where people started to go mad about some magical artefacts. My char's husband had one in possession, and seeming my elf was an useless civilian, they sought to kidnap her in return for the magical shard. Sadly enough for the kidnappers all they got was a Walder Frey response of "I will find another" from her husband. They set her free due to it finding it a more cruel fate to toss her back into the arms of her husband instead of keeping her away from him. What was sadly enough very much true! False. Elezen live a little bit longer. Only for about 10 years or so though. It isn't as outrageous as in other settings. http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/pr/sp/world/races/elezen/ They are also possessed of a somewhat extended lifespan in comparison to the Hyur.

I believe we have some people who are up in that political driven roleplay yup! Personally I stay away from it due to Vi being a commoner in the end. But we have some nobles and political players !

Sadly enough I will be gone from the 3th till the 15th to deal with family visits, so I fear I won't be online around that time. However if you have any complaints, concerns and what not while I am out, feel free to whisper Domri Blackblade instead of myself! On that note, once I am back I'm going to do some activity checks and will root out people who are inactive in the coming weeks into HW. I expect a great influx of people interested in Ishgard roleplay and I'd rather not have LS spots hogged up by people residing in AFK land. But more on that to come after I'm back from my holidays.

If you ever seek to roleplay with some Ishgardian scum, Virella is currently in Limsa/Mist! I'm not sure what the hell those two would have in common, if anything, but it could make for fun interaction for an evening, and see if those two happen to maybe, very unlikely, happen to get along and see if future roleplay can happen!
