I like it, however perhaps add a footnote section? So people can for example tell others whether they are welcome or not to roleplay more family members.

I'd love to see such! Even if I do not roleplay as a noble, it would still be great to see. The question is, who will make the thread? I have no objections about making it myself, but I do not wish to be seen as hogging up all the Ishgard themed threads.

Going to toss up some clarification after last eve's chat. [align=center]All spoilers are open for discussion, including job quests![/align] Why? Because it will become an absolute mess if people need to start monitoring this. I'm of the opinion you either open the floodgates completely, or keep them shut entirely! If you do not want to know of spoilers, and you are already in the LS chat, you can always turn off the chat at the cogwheel in your chat, and enable it again once you've done the quests for the jobs you care about!

I feel after the MSQ ending, there is still room for the inquisition. If anything heretics are more troublesome then ever before after that one thing happening in the end. However I'd imagine they go a bit more... thoughtful about with heresy claims.

All I can add for Astrologian gear is that as of now the Ishgardian lot are not wearing them, just the shoes and pants if my memory servers me right. Janneblargh wears the gloves though. I had hoped so badly that they were going to be all slapped in that AST outfit, but seeming at the end the young woman teaching you is running around in an Ishgardian garb, I don't know if it will ever happen! As well the big baddie in the questline has a white version of the robe, and he's super powerful with his magic. Whether this is done to make him stand out more, or it has some status back in Sharlayan, I do not know.

Is it just me but I find it quite troublesome to conjure up with a char description in search info, especially if you sort of use your ingame model as what to represent your character. I really did not get further then "Ishgardian Elezen" x_X

Y'all need more elezen in your lives

My tolerance for people not knowing their class is getting worse and worse. Really people, if you cannot do the basic thing of "keep my buffs up who increase my damage & keep my dots onto target" please remove yourself from duty finder *tableflip* My respect for the average MMO player has gone down my miles these past few years; so many people feel entitled to have their butts carried and cba to read up anything about their class x_X

Thanks for the replies =) Why is it problematic concerning the raids? I'm not really fond of raiding and pve but I do enjoy raiding from time to time, and as I'm new on FF (2 months only), I still have a lot of pve things to complete. Raid times if you plan onto playing EU times. I haven't found that many EU statics recruiting, if any, from the few times I glanced over party finder. However if you do not mind playing late at night, or early mornings, it shouldn't be a problem But that is really for die hard end game raiding! The things you cannot do trough duty finder, so I doubt it will be of any concern to you from reading your post ^^

Started the game as a hyur, found elezen ugly as hell. However then I saw the majestic nation of Ishgard, and that elezen actually looked good outside no clothes and their horrendous starter gear. So elezen all the way from there on!

Coming from Cerberus myself as an EU player, I did not regret making the jump. However do keep in mind if you happen to want to raid still, you may be better off making an alt on Balmung! If you wanna focus on RP, go for it and jump with your main to Balmung
