Marcy Posted February 1, 2016 Share #1 Posted February 1, 2016 You heard me. This is a very serious character development thread. Marcellain: Trubbish resembles a full, dark green garbage bag that with a knot at the top that acts like ears. Trubbish has oval-shaped eyes and large triangular teeth that resemble broken glass. Its arms that look like trash spilling out of small tears in the bag with pink and blue objects protruding out of them. Its feet are dark green and stubby. Dee: Chandelure's fires do not burn its victims physically, instead burning their spirit. After hypnotizing its opponent by waving these flames, it absorbs the victim's spirit. 1 Link to comment
Meishali Posted February 1, 2016 Share #2 Posted February 1, 2016 Lucaell: "[slakoth] lolls around and sleeps for more than twenty hours a day, which can makes those around it drowsy. Since it does not move very much, it does not need much food. It only eats three leaves each day. Its heart only beats once a minute. It is capable of regaining lost energy through use of its former signature move, Slack Off. Its nest does not change during its entire life, but can travel far by swimming in rivers. It lives in forests. 1 Link to comment
CelesteXura Posted February 1, 2016 Share #3 Posted February 1, 2016 Celeste Xura Mismagius is a purple, ghost-like Pokémon. It has a round head with elaborate tufts resembling a witch's hat atop it. The tips of the tufts are paler than most of the body. It has a thin, red mouth that resembles the letter "W." Below its head, Mismagius has a long neck with a round lump midway down. Three, elliptical red spheres surround the upper portion of Mismagius's body. There are extensions on the sides of its lower body with the foremost ones tattered compared to rear ones. This gives Mismagius the appearance of wearing some kind of cloak. If it is powerful, Mismagius can use advanced incantations for various purposes, such as causing misery or happiness. People that hear its cries will usually receive headaches and hallucinations. As shown in the anime, Mismagius can put its victims to sleep, and cause them to enter a strange dream world without their noticing. If Mismagius falls asleep or is knocked out, the victim will wake up. Link to comment
TheLastCandle Posted February 1, 2016 Share #4 Posted February 1, 2016 Slaftrach Blynwahtsyn Wartortle is a bipedal, indigo-blue Pokémon similar to a turtle. It has brown eyes, a dark blue streak on each cheek, and two sharp teeth protruding from its upper jaw. It has three clawed fingers and pointed toes. Bluish white fur covers its long ears and tail. A brown shell with a pale yellow underside encases its body. A thick, white rim separates the upper and lower halves of the shell. As Wartortle grows old, its tail fur will darken, and it may have algae growing on its shell. The shell may also carry scars from past battles. To maintain balance while swimming at high speeds, Wartortle moves its furry ears and tail. It can use the fur to store air for extended underwater diving. Its tail is a popular symbol of longevity, making it popular with the elderly. It hides in water when hunting and emerges to surprise its prey. Link to comment
Virella Posted February 1, 2016 Share #5 Posted February 1, 2016 Avelyn Blaziken has strong, muscular legs that give it great lower body strength. This lower body strength helps its kicking and jumping abilities. Blaziken's wrists have gray wristband-like markings capable of producing a tuft of fire above them. Blaziken can also make flames spout from its ankles. This allows it to cloak its feet or fists, and it uses these abilities while practicing a form of martial art. These combined abilities allow it to use its former signature move, Blaze Kick. Its flames burn more intensely when it faces stronger opponents. Every several years, its old feathers burn off, and new, supple feathers grow back in their place. It was the most fitting pokemon for a Fist of Rhalgr :< Link to comment
voidVirago Posted February 1, 2016 Share #6 Posted February 1, 2016 Rihxo is Skitty. It is fascinated by moving objects, and chases them. It is known to chase its own tail and become dizzy from it. Although it can be difficult to earn its trust, it is very popular due to its adorable looks and behavior. It can use the moves of other Pokémon through the use of Assist, its former signature move. It lives in holes in trees in forests. Arata is Dragonair. Dragonair emits a gentle aura that gives it a mystical appearance. As seen in the anime, it can make its wings grow larger in order to fly, but otherwise moves through the air unaided. Dragonair hosts a large amount of energy within its body, which it can discharge through the crystal orbs on its neck and tail. This causes its body to brighten and give off a different aura that changes the weather in its vicinity. Dragonair is a rare Pokémon that inhabits seas and lakes. Adelaide is... I dunno yet. Maybe Mightyena? Mightyena lives in a pack in the wild. As a member of this pack follows the orders of its leader and chases down prey. It gives obvious symbols when it is about to attack, as it starts to growl deeply and flattens its body. Mightyena defeats foes with perfectly coordinated teamwork. If its Trainer is very experienced, it will always obey their orders. As depicted in the anime, Mightyena is prone to licking the faces of the people it is fond of as a dog would. This species lives in grassland areas. Link to comment
Lamia Posted February 1, 2016 Share #7 Posted February 1, 2016 Lamia: Milotic is said to be the most beautiful of all Pokémon. When there are fights going on, it has the power to calm angry feelings and end arguments by releasing a wave of energy. In addition, it can move by floating in the air as shownin the anime. It lives at the bottom of large lakes. Aeonis: Before its extinction, wild Tyrantrum used to live 100 million years ago, when its powerful jaw conferred its status as an unmatched predator. Since it was considered invincible in the ancient world, it behaved like a king. Levinth: Arcanine is a fiercely brave and loyal Pokémon. It is capable of running 6,200 miles in 24 hours with a speed and grace reminiscent of flight. Arcanine has long been admired for its beauty and speed, and anyone who hears its bark will grovel before it. The source of its power is a flame blazing wildly inside its body. In the anime, it was shown that it stashes food in its mane and carries it to its nest for its young. Arcanine lives in active volcanoes and on prairies. So'larin: Sylveon is one of Eevee's various final evolutions. It has a lot of great attacks to use in battle, but it actually seems to be a peace-loving sort of Pokémon. Case in point, it can completely stop the flow of battle by moving its ribbonlike feelers in a way that charms its opponents into not wanting to fight anymore. Link to comment
GhostlyMaiden Posted February 1, 2016 Share #8 Posted February 1, 2016 This thread is very serious and is key to character development. http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/thumb/b/b1/393Piplup.png/250px-393Piplup.png[/img] Nanagi Nagi would be Piplup! Why? Based on the Piplup May had in Pokemon: Diamond and Pearl Piplup is strong and is often underestimated because of her size. Piplup is also rather stubborn and even after being told it can't do something, they will try anyway. Piplup (on a competitive stand point) is a Sp.Atk pokemon which is similar to magick in FFXIV. Also piplup is small and cute, and so is Nanangi. In a lot of ways, Piplup and Nanagi are complete opposites. This was the best I could do. *shrug* Link to comment

Tortles Posted February 2, 2016 Share #12 Posted February 2, 2016 Taillow courageously stands its ground against foes, however strong they may be. This gutsy Pokémon will remain defiant even after a loss. On the other hand, it cries loudly if it becomes hungry. 1 Link to comment

During an intense battle, Talonflame expels embers from gaps between its feathers. It reaches speeds of more than three-hundred miles per hour chasing prey. Link to comment
Leanne Posted February 2, 2016 Share #14 Posted February 2, 2016 Leanne...would be an Eevee! Eevee is a mammalian, quadruped creature with primarily brown fur. The tip of its bushy tail and its large furry collar are cream-colored. It has short, slender legs with three small toes and a pink paw pad on each foot. Eevee has brown eyes, long pointed ears, and a small black nose. This Pokémon is rarely found in the wild, and is mostly only found in cities and towns. However, Eevee is said to have an irregularly shaped genetic structure that allows it to adapt to many different kinds of environments. Eventually, Eevee may evolve to better suit its surroundings. According to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, Eevee has a naive personality. 1 Link to comment
Gegenji Posted February 2, 2016 Share #15 Posted February 2, 2016 Talked about this a bit in chat, and we came up with this for my Lala's. Chachan would be a Sunflora. In the daytime, it rushes about in a hectic manner, but it comes to a complete stop when the sun sets. Chachan's color palette has supposed to bring a sunflower to mind - yellows, browns, and greens. Plus, this Pokemon always looks so happy! Alternate choices included the Chansey line due to the whole happy and friendly angle, but they're all gurls. Gogon, on the other hand, would likely be an Alakazam It has an IQ of 5000. It calculates many things in order to gain the edge in every battle Mind over matter and super-smart to boot. Gogon may not have the IQ of an Alakazam, but he'd likely say he does - and uses his smarts to outwit opponents in battle. His arrogance - and the way its portrayed in its movie - made Mewtwo an alternate choice, but I figured that'd be a little too over-the-top. Link to comment
Warren Castille Posted February 2, 2016 Share #16 Posted February 2, 2016 After outsourcing the research, Warren is either: Its Tackle is forceful enough to flip a 50-ton tank. It shields its allies from danger with its own body. Alpha Sapphire When it takes a defensive posture with its fists guarding its face, it could withstand a bomb blast. or Omega Ruby Its charge is strong enough to break through a giant castle wall in one blow. This Pokémon is spoken of in legends. Alpha Sapphire Spoken of in legend, this Pokémon used its phenomenal power to destroy a castle in its effort to protect Pokémon. Link to comment
cuideag Posted February 2, 2016 Share #17 Posted February 2, 2016 Long ago, people imagined its eerie howls to be the call of the grim reaper. The flames it breathes when angry contain toxins. If they cause a burn, it will hurt forever. Link to comment
Dat Oni Posted February 2, 2016 Share #18 Posted February 2, 2016 Koporo would definitely be Gallade. http://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/5/58/475Gallade.png[/img] A master of courtesy and swordsmanship, it fights using extending swords on its elbows. When protecting someone, it extends its elbows as if they were swords and fights savagely. Link to comment
13uddy Posted February 3, 2016 Share #19 Posted February 3, 2016 Although not my absolute favorite Pokemon, I have to go with Sylveon because they are both friendly, affectionate, and just so darn cute!! It wraps its ribbonlike feelers around the arm of its beloved Trainer and walks with him or her. Link to comment
Deleted Posted February 3, 2016 Share #20 Posted February 3, 2016 I haven't been keeping up on Poke'mon ever since the.... second generation... I think? Either way, the only Poke'mon that I can come up with for one of my characters would be.... ....-drum rolls- Kirkirik Tirtirik as Sudowoodo! Why? Kirkirik is a Conjurer who can only really muster earth magick. A pseudo Geomancer. What other poke'mon would be better then a rock-type attempting to imitate a tree of all things? Link to comment

Ekidna Posted April 23, 2016 Share #22 Posted April 23, 2016 LMAO I laughed so hard when reading this topic. Vayne: (Pancham) Pancham tries to intimidate its opponents by glaring at them intensely - yeah totally that! Vayne's reputation: (Pangoro) Link to comment
Leih Posted April 23, 2016 Share #23 Posted April 23, 2016 Leih would be a Pichu. Though mostly cause of the Pichu brothers and the fact that Pichu supposedly can't control its power/strength. For Altani Olkund, I would say Lopunny Extremely cautious, it quickly bounds off when it senses danger. And for Araki... Absol~ It senses coming disasters and appears before people only to warn them of impending danger. Link to comment
