I was sure there was a thread like this before because I thought I posted in it! I found two actually, so I merged the three, with the oldest going back to the front. I hope you don't mind, Eleni! In any case, here's a couple more of my dogs (>w<)/ Abbie Brody ===-===-===-===-===-===-===-===-===-===-===-===-=== This last one was taken back before I got brown dog Brody and when it was just Abbie on her own. Apparently, a young kitten must have fallen from the wall and into our back garden behind the shed. It was there for many days on it's own, seemingly living beneath it and seldom making appearances from out of the small gap between the shed and the fence. It was not used to humans so it was naturally very frightened of us but we tried to feed it of course and kept a close eye on the garden as a tom cat was lurking around every now and then, trying to hurt it. Eventually, after a capture attempt by me that revealed that the kitten seriously was not afraid to use it's teeth and claws(I tricked it into running into a net so I wasn't injured, but I let it go again) we managed to slowly earn it's trust, but if memory serves... not before my dog earned it's trust, haha. The little kitten would always try playing with her and Abbie would just watch her with curiosity. In this instance, she had actually come right up and lay on top of her back so I took a photo of it through the patio door. In the end we sent her to a shelter. It was a nice experience if not a little sad for the result.

And, actually, most of the guides I look at do the weighing for you. They often show all available leves, then cross-out the ones that are too cost/material intensive and bold the cheapest/easiest to make ones. They'll often say whether certain items tend to be able to be purchased on the AH cheaply too - such as HQ Walnut Lumber. ... Though, that varies from server to server, I think, and how many folks are really pushing to level crafting classes at one time. And what prices the markets are sitting at overall. Ah, possibly ^^ I never used a guide personally, I just checked the available leves along with the current prices and did the math myself since material prices seemed to fluctuate quite a lot at the low level anyways; though it's certainly something worth considering.

Leves are mandatorrrrrryyyyyy. If you put your time to crafting alone then you can make your way to 50 in 2-3 days if I recall correctly, while not spending too much gold if you carefully pick your leves and weigh them against material cost.

Welcome to the forums and, of course, Balmung! I hope you have a great time and get to meet many new people to help develop your character's story. It's definitely an interesting plot and I'm sure there are tons of things you and others can do with such a situation. I'd really like to create a character who suffers from amnesia at some point myself, whether it be in this game or another - and you've kind of revitalized my imagination on that topic now, haha. Haha yes that damn hat, I'm all noooooooodon'tlookatme! when I mess up my mudras. :blush: She's fairly recently removed from her tribe but still carries a lot of tribal attitudes. Although she's adjusting to city life, she'll never be a 'city cat'. Ahhh good! I don't tend to see miqo'te whom actually look the part beyond their gear(my own included) so it was strangely nice to see!

Is your character a tribal miqo'te by any chance? She looks really charismatic and cool, haha. ...In your avatar that is.... Bunny Rabbit Hat of Shame does her no favours in that area.

I think you got your answer already but there is no order to follow. There are just some that are more beneficial than others to have early, particularly so when levelling new classes. If you have any further questions then feel free to ask here ^^ If no-one else then I may be able to help you despite being out of the crafting loop for quite a while.

This is exactly how I view any and all relationships with lalafels. Putting aside the fact that it's physically revolting to most all of us if it's anything besides perhaps a very, tender kiss, it is just a complete physical impossibility no matter how modestly-equipped the male is. While I'm not asexual or anything in real life, I could certainly have a relationship with someone that was devoid of the far more intimate forms of contact if my bond with them was strong enough... and it's going to be strong enough if I would go as far as seeing them seriously - so I can easily level with this notion. Granted it's not the most ideal setup; in my book it's just one of things where they'd be thinking: "It's not typical, but I could care less about that so long as I have her/him." For anyone with opposing views... I don't mean to trample on your characters but I'm afraid that even when it comes to Lalafel x Lalafel relationships then, for me, each and every one of you were born from a head of cabbage after your parents/guardians wished really, really hard while innocently praying beneath the stars ;w;

I can help you with a dungeon or two if you don't mind a level 50 tank coming along. Other than that I have a DPS character(also 50) but without a tank we could be waiting a while so I'd rather avoid that if possible since replacement DPS are easy to find in the Duty Finder! That's a viable point but I pretty much ignore the MSQ since it has yet to affect my personal RP. Otherwise, I'd have to acknowledge the Scions and a hero of Eorzea... and since there are so many different claims as to who is what and does what, I just don't want to involve myself in too much of that unnecessarily. Granted that leaves me a bit confused as to whether or not I should consider that the... ...remains or not but I don't foresee that coming up in my RP any time soon.

Well, all twelve Gods exist(for believers I mean) so is there anything explicitly saying that you can't follow the teachings of multiple gods? Or is that a really, bad question? Haha ; As for Seeker lore, people have pretty much covered the need-to-know parts about it, but if you have any further questions about it then feel free to post asking for more information. My main is part of an actual tribe which seems to be significantly, more rare among the RP'ers on this forum, so if you are considering that route then feel free to ask me about anything you're curious about and I'll happily explain how our particular system works (^^/ Also, I'm not sure if it has been said already, but if you're not interested in the tribal lifestyle then it's perfectly fine to RP a city miqo'te or anything of the kind. You'll find many people whom RP characters whom have had no, personal affiliation with their tribe and those who have but have since stemmed away from it. Also, if you decide to try this, juuuust be wary that a lot of wikis seem to be out of date. I know that I have neglected mine MASSIVELY since the launch of the game. I am afraid to touch it but I'm pretty sure it's a bad representation of the way I see and play my character now, haha(please don't read it, anyone). Silly me.... I honestly don't know how to handle this. My main character in particular is at a relatively young age(17) so I feel that each and every year counts significantly and I have RP'd her sooooooo little in the grand scheme of things. I don't know if I want to consider she is 18 yet even if her second birthday will be coming up later this year. I haven't spoken to my friend on this but I imagine she feels the same.... *goes to ask* Edit: *is stupid*

K'nahli's eyes suddenly flared at the sight of her father taking a spot just within view of her tent. The glow of the fire glazed brilliantly across his large figure, canvassing it with a soft, amber tint that painted faint shadows over his exposed skin, emphasising his body's every contour. Despite not being as young as one would typically expect of a nunh, his apparent strength was indisputable and age would appear to be no more successful a challenger to his fortitude than any of the countless tias whom had fallen in submission before his sword in the years prior. It really had been a while.... a lot of time spent away from true, practice against a non-beast. A lump formed in the girl's throat as the weight of the challenge suddenly felt more real. Though she retained a lot of respect for powerful hunters, the title itself didn't hold a lot of worth in the girl's eyes. Rather, it was the prospect of what the future held for a certain other miqo'te should K'yohko somehow be dethroned. ("Maybe I should make my way out...") the girl thought to herself after dwelling on the thought for what felt like several minutes. Taking a seemingly, aimless glance about her tent beforehand, the girl carefully slipped out into the night air.

Andre came from a noble and wealthy family but since leaving Ul'dah he has voluntarily severed a great deal of his financial benefits as a result so he's not exactly rich now that he's apart from his father. Alex does well for himself but he's not very materialistic so he tends to continue saving up a respectable amount of money for nothing in particular. You wouldn't say he is rich, but well capable even should a rainy day come along.
