I myself and several other folks use SweetFX. Wich is an injector + configurable shader pack basically. Which for me means I don't feel the need to go in and add warmth/increase colour saturation for the screens I take. Like I was doing for the screens I took before I figured out how to add SweetFX. But if I do decide to edit a screen I usually use paint.net. Which is a free download that's a bit more advanced than the paint program windows comes with. but not nearly as complex as professional softwares. http://www.getpaint.net/ if you'd like to see it.

Since I do enjoy romantic/couple roleplay (which does include sex) I do make preferences for the characters I make. I also believe that a person's sexual identity and their sexual preferences colour how they interact with others. So it is a valid form of character development for me. While I don't really expect a relationship to happen I like to have a good idea of how one can develop with whatever character I make and actually RP out that development. For example: Jaques is bi with a strong preference for woman. He identifies completely as male and is fairly comfortable with his body. He is picky in terms of race. He flat out is not attracted to roegadyn males, lalafell, miqo'te, or midlanders. It's a size thing mainly. Is not promiscuous. He can count the number of partner's he's had on one hand. He is monogamous. He is dominant. He prefers confident partners. (This is a bit of a sticking point for his current relationship.) So that is the the filter I had in place for Jaques. Just so happened that Vaughn fit into his preferences nicely -and- they both have the patience to work through each others' backstory drama. As far as sex in this relationship goes... they are both active males in their prime. And they both use sex to fill in for 'x' vice indulgence. For Jaques it's his alcoholism. So this has been a detriment as they will put off tasks and work for sex. Once one starts the other has a hard time saying no. And the whole actual ERP thing? I have no real preference myself beyond that whatever relationship our character's have... it -has- to involve more than just sex scenes. I leave it to my RP partner to draw the line when such scenes crop up.

I don't use it very often. The only time I use it is when spammy things happen that I can't get away from. Like I'm RPing somewhere and someone stands nearby and spams chat with /dance. Usually I don't RP where this often happens so it's just a matter of moving to a different part of the city. That said.... I wish blisting someone would remove their sound effects too. :c For all those people that insist on standing there and spamming holy/whatever the dragoon jump is called. UGH! I'll use it on spam tellers. The ones that send you an advertisement every 2 mins. The ones that don't retell or retell every 20 mins or so are usually safe. I have yet to blist an RPer in this game. Tho I have in past games and they've all been over IC actions being taken OOCly and the HIGH DRAMA that ensued. Tho most got themselves off the list after things had calmed down.

Thanks for the fun time! Was a really nice turnout and the performers/speakers/prayer leaders/hostess really did amazing jobs. ^^ Guards did pretty fine jobs as well. But I'm biased. 8-)

Jaques has: A little blue songbird from Vaughn... named Songbird. Damian the raptor from an old friend that really isn't much of a baby anymore as much as Vaughn continues to baby it. Jaques is training to be a hunting partner much like his coeurl, Bete. Currently he's struggling with it's desire to breath fire on their hunt targets. He'd probably have better luck if he could get out to hunt more consistently. Bete, his coeurl mount and loyal hunting partner. And finally he has a... strange little oddity he picked up several moons ago when he still worked as a fill-in chef at the Bismark. A voidal sugarcube that he found inside an absolutely ancient bag of sugar buried in a forgotten corner of the drygoods storeroom. Why does it exist? How does it navigate without any sort of face? Who knows. But it's content to kinda just wander around the Rose. Usually staying close to Jaques. More than once Jaques has used it as an ottoman in the office. Jaques's view on pets is that he much prefers the ones that can be trained to perform some sort of aiding function. And he grows rather attached to the critters he's trained though he doesn't show it much. And he find the 'babying' of such critters vaguely irritating.
