Then back to Ilwe's workshop to try this smelting and ingot making. Maybe the workshop will survive. What's the worse that could happen.

Fate will guide Nebbs to this place ... now to search Ilwe's workshop for some suitable metal.

I do too! I don't know why. I think it might be because he looks even more ragged and forlorn in the grey scale one than he does in color. I'm secretly tempted to fix up the hair in the back so it'll look nicer. For me... I think the grey is colder and so appear to have a more rugged quality that matches the hard life the face has seen. The colour brings warmth that softens that ruggedness.

I love the idea, were you thinking of your character being the source and offering other motivational services? Like team building or pep-talks?

I love the grayscale, more than the coloured one I think.
