He gestured around the crates. She was sipping a bottle of whiskey to the side and she smirked. That's it...make 'er give ye somethin'....or is that sword there just fer show?" She chuckled and shook her head. She's not t' be trusted ye know." He flashed a glare to her and suddenly she was whsipering in his ear, Did ye ever trust me, Flit? Her voice was teasing and she smiled. He said in a low voice, "I...don't know."

I... I don't run Coil despite being i116 just because I'm still burned out on endgame raiding on WoW. I just want to do my roulettes and then dork around playing pretend with the other peoples. That's where my fun is. I've never seen you whinge about being entitled to a craftable version of the Coil gear, or that HA gear should drop out of 4-man dungeons, or my favorite that you should be able to view FCoB cutscenes in your inn room even though you've never set foot in BCoB. That's what irks me. If you don't wanna do Coil, that's totally fine with me. If you want to be rewarded with a shower of free Coil gear and spoiler things and titles but are unwilling to even attempt the content to get them - that's where I have the problem. Hope that clarifies. *Wants the gear, loot, titles, etc.* *Does not have static* *cries*

She stepped out of her front door and into the evening air in Limsa....a newly reborn and free woman, ready to seize her new life amid the city she'd grown to love. Ruru: He was making dinner, as he enjoyed doing from time to time. He'd long ago hung up his black armor and the polished Paladin gear was strapped onto the mannequin he'd acquired. He was nervous as he rushed to the door of his small home in the Goblet and opened it with a nervous smile. He'd come as requested and while he knew it was awkward, he gestured inside. "You came. I'm...glad you did, old friend. Please come in....we have a lot to talk about..." and with that, Kage entered the room to share dinner and discuss old friendships and Ruru's return to the world he'd left behind.

lol no worries, i do/say dumb stuff all time. best moment was when i asked for the waffle juice because i derped and COULD NOT remember the word "syrup" ......erik still calls it that and it's been like six years >.>;; Oh I am using "waffle juice" from now on! lol

I'll be honest, and it's only mild panic at this time, but it's my friend Zhavi. She's been away and then came back but she seems to be gone again and I'm nervous she won't come back. And I'm less worried about the rp than I am for her, but I do wonder since Ruru is intertwined with her character at this point that I sometimes wonder if he's just in the lurch until she comes back. ((And if she comes back and sees this thread, I was just being paranoid.))

So, I have a question....and it's hypothetical. What if, say, your character primarily rp'd mainly with someone and you'd tied nearly your whole story to that person. And it was great rp...fun and you'd had important developments with that person. And then the person left and you weren't sure they were ever coming back. They had reasons for leaving and you'd anticipated it was temporary, but it maybe turned out to be a much longer term than you anticipated. AND you were mid-stream in a plot. What would you do? Would you put the rp on hold and start other rp, hoping they come back? Do you scrap the rp? Do you just not rp with thyat character for a time? Interested in hearing your thoughts.
