I don't think anyone is trying to make an argument that people should play to help balance out the server or something like that. They're making an observation, one that in my case hasn't fallen on a deaf ear because I play anything and everything, and it's helped me determine that if I make an Au Ra alt we're gonna have some horny (geddit?) dudeness. However, my whole "I'd delete my womens" thing? That was mostly a joke. I like Sasati's name too much and I just now fleshed out Sylvie - why would I delete them?

It's true that the boys ain't got no booty though. Have to be fairly crafty to get one (subligars work quite well for both booty and bulge purposes, depending on the subligar - Star-Spangled Subligar handle both quite nicely, which is the reason I've got it glamoured as a Monk).

Glamours are a hit-miss thing. Glamours in the sense of Grade X Prisms to make armor look like something it's not is a purely gameplay thing in my opinion and isn't exactly IC. At least, it would be severely limited. However, glamours in the sense of Voidsent/Undead hiding as random ass animals and other things would be certainly plausible. It's a recurring theme in Levequests, and the military themselves seem to know exactly how to dismiss the vile glamours. I'd say it's just business as usual in Eorzea.

I made this joke before. I will make it again. Kell is already a dark knight. Hue. (For real, if I like the mechanics I might main that instead of WAR, but his WAR days will always be with him) That being said, I try to keep a 50/50 ratio in gender and race in most games. I don't know why - maybe it's just because it feels right to do so. I'll also typically try to spread out within the races. It just feels like that's what I should do. The only race I've two of right now are two Elezens and they're not the typical Gridanian/Ishgardian (one of them used to be one, but a close encounter with a Necrologos energy residue outright wrecked his left eye and side of face, also showed him the power of the void, so he's studying Thaumaturgy in Ul'dah.) I will also never roll a catboi unless I knew I could get RPers to get into my Asexual/Impotent Nunh breaker.

Card's overrated, but I want one copy because cardboard crack. Depending on his AI, I can get Elmer fairly easily, grinding 3k in less than 3 hours even counting losses. If you don't start, try to stick to the strat, but instead of going for Bomb in the middle, go for Cact or Mandragora - You have a better chance of drawing or winning because Cact/Mandra are respectively +1 up/+1 down, allowing for some easier combos when Elmer starts. Also, Plus works even across - So if you see 7 Left Center and 6 Right Center you can drop da bomb.

If you're trying to build a good deck or just collect cards... PLEASE do yourself a favor and go wreck Gegeruju. He has Y'shtola/Minfillia to give, is much easier than Elmer to farm (you'll still need to farm him for Bahamut though), and he doesn't require getting into Gold Saucer to farm. His rules are Swap/Sudden Death - If you show up with a garbo deck (ideally get some decent starter cards like Moogle/Ixal etc.) he will graciously gift you an absurdly overpowered card while you give him garbage. Try to fight him to a draw, then Sudden Death kicks in, where everything you captured goes into your deck (aka A LOT OF GOOD CARDS) and everything he did goes into his (aka trash). He then becomes RIDICULOUSLY EASY to beat.

I am... decent at TT. Choco racing is just a justification for having 2-star CUL. Want to raise your Choco's stats but don't wanna spend MGP? Grind CUL.

Just have to remember that most times your last play will Plus and will be either Cactuar or Bomb, so anything with difference 1 or even will plus in center square.

Playing it by ear is how I managed to Plus-wreck other characters. I'll just re-do the starter and go with that, then. Proof of that, I've gotten more wins over the King tonight when HE started. Urianger WRECKS this strat hard because he has plus against that set-up - if your choices are bottom center, center and top right, you NEED to put the Sabo in top right or else you're eating Urianger to the face.

I understand how the plus rule works and I can't figure out setups to beat the King. Granted, I'm going in with a heavily edited deck and the disparities between the figures doesn't help. I'm also trash at this game in general (not just TT) so w/e.

Essentially, the dude who models off the Setzer gear mentions that Godbert made the saucer to provide a little peace of mind and entertainment to the rich, and jobs to the refugees and downtrodden of Ul'dah - it's his way of helping out. Obviously he can't employ everyone, and he's not above petty employee placement (as can be attested by a certain Elezen next to the GOLDEN GLEAMING GODBERT MANDERVILLE statue), but his heart is in the right place as other quests have shown.
