My character, Auristela Tullia is currently around as a Magitek Engineer. I am also EU, so we got the timezone covered! It might be interesting were they to meet someday!

Over a year ago, tracing back her origins was quite relevant to my character's story. My Seeker is not Tribal, so I do not meet your criteria. But she is interested in Seeker culture. It might still be an interesting meet! The character name is; Maariya Genhu. She is so estranged from Miqo'te culture she does not use a tribal prefix in her name however.

You might like to meet my Miqo'te, Maariya Genhu. While I originally started her in Ul'dah with a fitting concept there, it's my oldest character that has had most development and currently she is more Ishgardian. So there's plenty of opportunity for them to meet!

My Raen is/was Doman. She has lost most of her family at a young age to several causes that come with war. I can't say that she shares a lot in common with your character, but a healthy bit of disagreement has never hurt anyone! So if you ever want to meet my adorable imperial Raen!

This is the first time I hear about this 'stigma'. That being said, I don't know a lot of Near-Eastern roleplayers and don't have one myself. So just go for it. You shouldn't really care what other people may think.

Thank you for replying! While the timezone issue might be a bit tricky, I'm definitely up for meeting your character somewhere sometime! Same to you, some extra conflict is always welcome. It may be difficult to get to that stage, seeing as Auristela does not really openly prance around saying she's an imperial, due to her profession. She does however have strong opinions that are somewhat unique in the eyes of an Eorzean and that is often enough to create animosity. That being said, perhaps they'll meet sometime when Auristela is doing pro-Garlean things and she is not hiding her identity (Ignoring the fact nearly all Garleans hide their identity with their fancy armour...)

Hello RPC! My RP is growing rather stale lately with all friends and connections always falling short, often due to people's real life's, their lack of interest in RP or vanishing from the game entirely. While I still have a FC, I don't really have any friends of my own so, it's back to the forums! I live in the EU(GMT+1) and my current job schedule makes interacting with NA rather difficult outside of weekends. I'm looking to meet new people on my alt (But far more active) roleplaying character; Auristela Tullia. Who is Auristela?

I don't see a problem with some good IC racism, whether it's against an actual race or a nationality. (All Duskwights are thieves btw, don't trust them.) My two main characters tend to kinda dislike Ala Mhigans. Especially the patriotic ones.. Some do not forget the Autum War happened. Even if they weren't there for it themselves. As'elena sees them in the same light as she does the Garlean Empire. Just that they were unsuccessful and got crushed by a slightly bigger bully. And my other character is a Garlean herself and believes any religious person to be dangerous and naive which gave birth to some prejudice and racism. While they're not always so open about it and when they are it likely IS pretty obnoxious and unless they're meant to be diplomatic, not a care is given most likely! Too little IC dislike and uneasiness in general if you ask me. At best I see the the occasional Miqo'te hater with the main reason always being the scantily dressed Quicksand visitors, or anyone in Ul'dah for that matter. It often strikes me more as an OOC reason than a compelling IC one, but each to their own.

While I don't have much to offer in terms of Free Companies or big Linkshells, the Knights & Pirates Linkshell might be worth checking out if you frequent Limsa Lominsa. Your working hours also put you more in line with the EU side of Balmung, so it wouldn't be farfetched for our characters to meet sometime either!

I have an alt-character that is a Garlean - or at least part of the Garlean Empire as she is not a Hyur native. She serves as a bit of a rival/enemy character for my main, but I intend to roleplay her as well.

I'll do my best to show up and represent the best city-state and Grand Company in all of Eorzea.

Hello! Yes, it is still active although, currently lacking an admin for the NA timezone. It's a bit harder to get announcements across as an EU player with a job, but there are still plenty of like-minded roleplayers active in the Linkshell! Awesome! When's a good time to catch you on? Between 2pm and 7pm EST is basically my average evening time in the EU. So anywhere in that time is when I am likely to be around unless busy or simply not on FFXIV. Edit: Quoting is the absolute worst on this website!

It is pretty difficult roleplay such characters with the lack of access to ships and water. As someone who plays a character of the Thalassocratic Navy, I have the same problem. I do not know of any pirate linkshells that are currently active, but you're always welcome to join my all-round Vylbrand roleplayer linkshell; Knights & Pirates. Maybe you'll find someone to connect with and roleplay!

It's a bit quiet as I have been away from FFXIV for a while and the other admin has vanished even before that. I presumed a holiday at the time, but no word still. I am back, but as I am EU, it might be difficult to catch one another. This weekend I am likely online quite a lot and I'll do my best to find you!
