Rinh Fashonti Posted September 8, 2013 Share #176 Posted September 8, 2013 Other than the hair options, I think the female Roegadyn is the best race/gender. So much so that I decided to have my main RP character be a lady Roegadyn. I'm really looking forward to diving in with her, once I get my bearings within the game and all. I like the way Drunken Daisy looks. Link to comment
Fhylie Posted September 9, 2013 Share #177 Posted September 9, 2013 This is Fhylie, a few levels ago. I really dig the expression the eyebrows and mouth have given her. To be sure, I have not seen a LOT of Roegadames, but I usually admire the looks of the ones I do see! Link to comment
Mashato Posted September 9, 2013 Share #178 Posted September 9, 2013 I'm no good at taking pictures of my tv but I recently made a female sea wolf. I'll try uploading one in the next few days. But she's on Balmung. Link to comment

Jassy Posted October 1, 2013 Share #180 Posted October 1, 2013 So I finally got around to making a Femroe on Balmung...AND I LOVE HER. I have a very strong feeling she may well become my RP main. I absolutely love everything about this race. Meet Fyrsyng Dhemwilfwyn, or Firesong, Daughter of Duskwolf. Link to comment
Faye Posted October 1, 2013 Share #181 Posted October 1, 2013 I love female Roe. But it's pretty obvious why they'll be under-represented. Male Roe were too for the same reason. This. I like Roe, but the reasons they're rarely played, especially among RPers, are rather obvious. I wish I could make a lady Roe. There are so many gorgeous ones I've seen! However, it's an archetype I wouldn't be comfortable RPing, so I haven't made one. (Actually, I did have one in beta--I just didn't keep her around). Link to comment
Yloise Posted October 1, 2013 Share #182 Posted October 1, 2013 <---points to Roe directory. So far so good! Link to comment
Entity Posted October 1, 2013 Share #183 Posted October 1, 2013 Psh, no one picks Roegadyn because they lack the strength and willpower to live as one =P Even though my main is a Lalafell, Roegadyn will always be my fave x] In TERA I loved the female Aman, I love the "tough girl" races...most people just go for the cute, perky ones. =P Link to comment
Lost River Posted October 1, 2013 Share #184 Posted October 1, 2013 Much more love for us all! And of course, usually we tend to draw the *ahem* eyes up here crowd. Well, Lost does at least! Link to comment

It's funny, I see a lot of people criticising female roegadyn for being rather curvy and thickly built and yet...a very large portion of the other race's females are being drawn and described in the exact same way. Though given how oversexualised most characters tend to be, I'm not surprised. Link to comment

Inferi Posted October 5, 2013 Share #195 Posted October 5, 2013 I hope my attachment shows up correctly! I love my Roe! Unfortunately I think the other races are a little intimidated by her. Inferi Os'gehennae on Balmung, looking for rp friends, come say hi! Inferi.bmp Link to comment

It's rare to find male character models with a bulge in their underwear, even if it'd be realistic to see one. I'm getting a little tired of the 'Action Man' style anatomy in MMO's. Link to comment

Completely independent of sexual interests, it just looks wrong to have these Barbie-doll crotches on all the men. Especially Roe guys. Have you seen one of them in the summer wear thong? I have. It's borderline disturbing and for the completely wrong reason! Link to comment

It's borderline disturbing and for the completely wrong reason! It's baffling, really - there's a lot of skimpy attire for men in this game and yet it just looks silly because the base character model are just so flat in regards to the crotch region to the point where it looks glaringly unrealistic. I'm hoping TESO will be a step in the right direction by allowing us to customise that portion of our character's body, but apparently it's 'too crude' to have something like that in MMO's and yet it's 'perfectly fine' to have a breast slider...
