Millions of carbuncles... if this was real carbuncles as opposed to cute sommoned monster type carbuncles, it would be a horrible thing. o_O But I'm also eager to try it out. Planning for my Gilgamesh alt to be an arcanist unless I end up disliking it.

Officially, RPC supports both Balmung and Gilgamesh. As mentionned, none of the servers are physically located in Europe (the non-japanese one is in Montreal) so lag will be the same everywhere. There used o be just the one in Japan, but on June 6th, a second one in Montreal was announced. Refer to this Lodestone thread. It's true that some are "recommended for EU" but this recommendation probably exists only to put a label for europeans to congregate (much like how we put RP labels on Balm and Gilg, I guess). It mostly just depends whether having pre-established characters from 1.0 around bothers you or appeals to you.

There will be plenty of Keepers on both servers but mine is on Balmung so if you pick that server, drop me a line. Establishing connections is fun. ^^

My main on Balmung will be primarily Lancer and certainly going for Dragoon. On Gilgamesh, it will be either Arcanist or Thaumaturge. I'll know when I try out Arcanist!

Hello from the other side of the continent! As you can see form my avatar I,ll be playing Miqo'te.. but also Roegadyn, Elezen and I still have a midlander Hyur from back in 1.0. This Mister Moreaux sounds intriguing... is he gonna be like Lieutenant Colombo and pretend his first name is Mister?

Okay, I guess I kinda lied. I do love Red Sonja, but lately, it's a couple of superheroes from Ohio that really got straight to my heart. Drawn here in a more classic superhero comic style, they are normally drawn in a more manga-ish, but they are definitely classic american supers. Spinnerette is much like Spiderman in that she accidentally got spider powers in a lab, but... but the similarities stop there. As for her partner Mecha Maid... well I don't want to give spoilers. So here they are! And if you're intrigued, they're from a webcomic.

I'm pretty sure the only memories that are wiped are those directly related with the WoL's presence at the battle. Memories of the WoL's live in regard to anything else should be intact. That way, no one knows of anyone's involvment in the battle, yet no one suddenly loses memory of a friend or relative completely (cause that would be very suspicious). Either way, my main miqo'te won't have been there. My hyur might...
