Melodia looked around at the kids, some sitting calmly and respectfully, others screaming and throwing things. She felt her breathing hot and rapid. The stress levels rising, her fists balled up and her teeth gnashing. She looked to the rambunctious kids and finally a roar came forth. "Oh fer th' love o' gods! Stop! Stop 'fore I toss ye t' the kobolds! I've seen pirates act more behaved than th' lot o' ye!" The kids looked shocked and she took a deep breath. She gestured to the sofa and hissed. "Now sit! An'....study 'r somethin'!" She watched the kids shuffle and then went to the kitchen for a drink. A stiff one. Being a Yellowjacket was easier than this was. Hehe I just thought a little story would help explain her thoughts better than a sentence would.

Melodia stopped and looked down, before squatting near the lalafell. She tilted her head a bit and shook it. "Are y' serious? I hear th' snow's a real biter up there." She giggled and stood, taking off toward one of the shops in town as she passed through.

After a rough....INCREDIBLY rough weekend, yesterday ended on such a positive note that I want to give hugs to everyone who was so supportive and patient with me at my lowest. The bustle of the Quicksand was enough to mask it but at his height he'd seen it and moved quickly to where she lay and heard the words 'I give up.' His lips turned into a warm smile. Ye always did like t' help. What makes this'n so special? Zhi asked, flanking him, dressed as she always looked to him, black trousers, her white hempen camise and hair slicked back. His reply was softly spoken as his hand extended dwon to the woman on the ground, though she surely would have heard him. "Because she looks like someone that just needs a hand....so she doesn't give up." His voice rose to a louder tone intended for her to hear. "Are you okay, Miss? Allow me..." His hand was reached out to her and a smile his face, looking older than he truly was, as his experiences had taken their toll.
