  1. my only complaint about naked Highlander women is that you can't make them more muscular... but either way, eye candy is right!!
  2. I can't believe I forgot about Sierra games (speaking of nostalgia again ..) But I gotta include these since I've played these series in their entirety at least twice. Quest for Glory (hnnngh, a classic favorite. You can see a full no-commentary playthrough of all 5 games here ) Monkey Island series. Sogud. K I'm done *flies away until she thinks of more gamez*
  3. Baldur's Gate all day, Neverwinter Nights, any Bioware game it seems (Kotor, Jade Empire, Mass Effect, Dragon Age) Fallout 1, 2 (more than 1), and New Vegas (Fallout3 was..meh >.>) Even though it's a a shitty game, I always have a lot of fun with VTMB. Must be that nostalgicness. As for a JRPGs.. I really dislike them for the most part and FFXIV is the only FF game I've really enjoyed. I did like Ni No Kuni however. That was such a charming game! At least these are the ones off the toppa my head.
  4. I can't afford a swimsuit...guess Amelia will just have to go naked!
  5. I like this for Amelia, but I had so many ideas it pains me to settle on JUST ONE. I'll just start with this though :3
  6. I love every kind of music (for the most part) but I've been listening to a lot of Gorillaz this week so I'ma just leave this heeeeere......
  7. She can play more instruments than I can so that's something! BUT just as my personal opinion, she has kind of a weak voice. The best way to describe it is a "thin" singing voice that is relying on the echo effect too much for depth. But that's my opinion as someone who sings. Also, the woman who sang this song for the cinematic had such a beautiful voice, it's really hard for this girl to compare..
  8. I'm so sorry this happened but I just wanted to post and say the willingness to help each other out in this thread has given me the WARMEST fuzzies ever. I hope you get things rolling soon!
  9. Hey hey, Amelia would love this. She needs a job and is an aspiring bard. She hasn't learned any instruments YET! but she has a beautiful singing voice. She'll do anything tho: serving, cleaning, dish washing, singing...but you may not want to let her cook.. :dazed: I'll try to add you in game next time I'm on, if that's OK My availability is usually weekdays 8pm EST and later. Weekends I'm usually available all day, depending on irl events. ^.^
  10. Feel free to add me in game! Amelia is very much into sparring and training, but she's a bit naive and alittle soft spoken at times. They could be a good foil! 8-)I'm an east coaster and usually play in the evenings.
  11. I didn't really read the previous posts on this but..Honestly people acting like "Zoey Whatevers" is an innocent victim and the gilted ex that wrote the apocryphal blog about their relationship is just a pathetic loser and woman-hater out for revenge clearly didn't actually read the post... lol Do I think Zoey's game got released because she was sleeping with her boss? Nah. Do I think that she's a really shitty person that doesn't deserve respect? Yeah. Doesn't mean she deserves death threats but she also deserves less than 0 respect or credibility as a human being. Emotional abuse in relationships is a real thing, and she definitely used it against the author of the blog. If you still aren't sure whether or not she's a shitty person, you could try reading the "Gender reversed" version of the blog called "The Joey Post" and see if your gender roles still hold up lol. https://thejoeypost.wordpress.com/
  12. Amelia looks like such a 5ever alone in these screenshots . I had a lot of fun watching and maybe next time I'll think about participating now that I know how it works. Thanks for doing this event
  13. I suggested that perhaps all the folk that had lost their fights could be given a chance to roll and the highest roller would be allowed a second chance. It seemed more fair to me, and everyone technically has the right to participate. At least in a situation where last night we started out with 10 (I think?) and then down to 5 after the first round ^-^.
  14. Amelia had a fantastic time with Red Duck, though he seemed less enthusiastic by the end of the night LOL! Going to the Fight Club for a fun night away from the overbearing big brother? A+!
  15. It was my first time, and I had a lot of fun! I think Oli is right, though. Maybe there should be a predetermined number of people allowed per night to ensure that the brackets break down appropriately? Also maybe we could employ an "automatically forfeit" for situations where it seems like someone has AFKd so that the competition does not have to stop and wait for the next post. I think this happened to a few people last night. Other than that I really liked the /random roll system. And I couldn't be happier to have Amelia bust her gums open on Auriaune's fist . I definitely want to come next week
  16. *chant-claps* Cookies 'n' tea. Cookies 'n' tea. COOKIES 'n' TEA!
  17. Your art is BEAUTIFUL. I just wanted to stop by and say that.
  18. *Amelia casually strolls into the bar in full armor and requests some milk tea* I will totally try and make it, seems like fun
  19. B-but. New episode of The Walking Dead is on tonight at 9 EST D:
  20. Lol! I scored an 18 "17-21 Points MMO/RPG/Original Fiction: Low chance your character is a Mary Sue."
  21. I agree for the most part with the general consensus, except for oooone thang .. and maybe it's just me! I personally don't have anything against "self insert" in games. I mean I constantly do that in single player games because I love being immersed in a story! And I 100% admit that I like playing an aspiring musician who happens to like to physically exert herself for the sake of training because these are things I can bring an actual knowledge to in RP. With as casual an RPer as I can be (casual as in, I don't always invest a lot of time into for IRL busy life scheduling reasons) it's easy for me to settle into a familiar role that I don't have to study for hours on how to RP it correctly. So I guess I just have more fun, personally, to RP something I know a lot about. For a "real world" example: an old friend from GW2 RP liked to RP being a doctor because she was actually a DR IRL. It made "Dr" RP with her really immersive and genuine. That being said, I don't act like my characters ARE me. I'm not going to get personally offended if someone says blonde girls with blue eyes are the ugliest thing on the planet. Forgive me if someone already said something along these lines, I kinda just skimmed :geek:
