Sounds like a heck of an amazing date. As for my own roleplay? Give them tension, arguments, drama. No one is perfect, so give me those clashes! But of course the bit of good old romance is never wrong AND I HAVE HUGE THING FOR ROMANCES WHO ARENT MEANT TO BE. ELVES WITH HUMANS YES.

After people expressing wishing to see another tavern evening, next Friday we will be holding another one. Same time, same spot!

By all means feel free to give me a shout ingame, and I can invite you to the linkshell (I may just dash out in a moment to be a responsible adult and get myself some food for the weekend though, so I might be afk for a bit) Mostly of the time a simple ask in the LS will get you people to offer themselves up for roleplay. That said, that makes two of us, I absolutely adore everything surrounding Ishgard, but I believe we all do in this LS ! That said we will be running the tavern night next Friday again! So you could always show up there as well, besides just poking your head into the Linkshell. I will be making another post later about the tavern night

If you continue to do your MQS you will figure out that the Pillar people are a lot more posh, and the Brume the... not so posh! Depending on the parent's standing in society I'd imagine And accent come and go with the years, mine irl changed quite a few times.

Month or two? I would just reclaim your money over paypal tbh. 2 weeks is nothing, but 2 months? I would just try to get your money back if the artist isn't communicating with you. I had an artist/good friend fucking me over like that once as well. 1 month I will go asking, 2 months? Just claim your money back if they are not talking with you imo. Of course this is all if the artists simply does not communicate any longer with me ect.

How long have you been waiting? Has the artists by chance gone on holidays ect?

I would pay SE money if they would stop restricting haircuts based on gender and rac. There are some haircuts I would love to have on Vi, but they are only there for x race. Sadly enough for a pretty Wildwood elezen, we got surpsingly a lot of savage options. Why do elezen female have a bald head option again? It would fit so much better on highlanders for one. I know they can do it. In Ishgard you see tons of elezen with hairstyles of the other races

Savages all of you! Oh uuh, that Virella is together with a monk is uuh, details! /shoves Domri towards other monks. That said, even if I have nothing to add IC or OOC, I friking love monk roleplayers when I see them and I really hope something gets off to the ground some time, because I still love reading about such stories and adventures (and perhaps even lurking IC on your savagery)!

If you want some rivalry on a not so friendless base, Virella is very good at disliking non-Ishgardians! Friendship is a bit more tricky with Vi, but the offer is there for either option

However, I really won't be able to RP much until maybe Wednesday night, since my work schedule this week is balls. Liadan has her char name readily available. Reaching out goes both ways. The main issue was that she couldn't justify the expense of Halone's Spear, so she was going to talk to some friends about it and get back to me. However, not everyone knows what goes on in game, so in the context of this thread and this thread alone, you came off as expecting people to reach out to you with minimal effort from you. I'm sure I'm not the only one who took your "You were supposed to reach out to me" solely in the context of this thread and thought "Wow. Goes both ways, buddy". A public thread is not a place for 'private' discussion, that's why we have private messages. Sort of like /p or /t in-game, but that is a whole different thread that's already been beaten to death. But if we really want to call a spade a spade, a friend of mine had interaction with you, and she says that the character you tried to sell her on and the character you represent here are two very different ones. So are you a chivalric sweetheart, or a narcissistic, bigoted asshole? I actually had to double check with her because the Anthony Valron she told me about is very different than the one I see you portraying. If Anthony is a xenophobic Ishgardian noble, that's fine, but people might be a little less inclined to take you seriously as a character if you're trying to get an ic romance going on in-game with a Midlander, at least, not without that shift in character Calliope was talking about. Just something to think about. FYI make sure you are not confusing IC actions with OOC actions. Bad thing to do.

Orphans in Ishgard are A+ class Dragoon material if I remember the levequests properly! Hatred for dragons + losing your parents to them make good dragoons apparently. I imagine their training starts pretty early on in life due to the whole picking orphans to become Dragoons. So I don't think you can just swag in and master being a Dragoon in a few weeks of training.

In truth I prefer tragic story lines over happy ones! So you are not the only one for sure

AST questline you have a NPC going "Not everything is whores and rainbows". And it was an Ishgardian who said it. So eh. Yeah...
