Hello and welcome to the RPC! I do believe that around the 1st we'll get the offline character creator so you should be able to get a great idea of what your Roegal looks like then. In the meantime, there's plenty of people here (as well as linkshells) that'll be glad to help you out with lore and character building.

Another fun thread! Scars -Zarek has smaller scars along his body from general fighting and training. The marking on his face is one that he decided to keep because it looked cool. -The mark along his forehead is the slightly healed result of some discipline he received after attempting to intervene in a hit the Platinum Mirage were carrying out. Tattoo -While he's debated getting more, Zarek has a single tattoo on his right shoulderblade (I'm still debating/finalizing the design but it will essentially be a wind-esque design) that notes him as a member of the Hyur Highlander Windsoul clan.

You just became one of my favorite people ever for not just knowing what Macross 7 is, but also referencing it. 8-)

Welcome to the community! Also yeah, screw those NC Soft guys (I was on Virtue 8-)). But, here's looking forward to finding out more about which ever character/characters (who says it has to only be one?) you end up choosing. Quirks can make characters memorable and now that you've said they have horrifying ones, I'm kinda interested...LOL.

Awesome thread and I've seen a few people who I'll probably need to touch base with later 8-) You might know Zarek Windsoul from... - The pugilist's guild in Ul'dah. He trained there regularly and was always open to a fight. - The Bloodsands in Ul'dah. While not a big time combatant by any means, he's taken his share of wins and losses in the coliseum, including delivering at least one notable upset win. - Working for the Platinum Mirage (in Ul'dah of course). Largely doing bouncer-type things at the gambling halls but also a part of collections and worse. - (And most recently) Likely somewhere in Limsa Lominsa looking somewhat sea sick or wandering aimlessly around the city.

Yeah, it's a bit confusing at first, admittedly. But I won't complain, that's for sure. 8-)

Hello hello! Was JM an RPvP server? I remember hearing some good things about it while I was playing TOR. I think a few of my RL friends might have played there. My rambling aside, welcome and we look forward to hanging out with you, too!

I'm not for sure and I can't remember where I read it but I think that they said that the CC in P4/Launch would have some more options. Probably not a ton more, I'd bet but hey...more options are more options.

Welcome, welcome! If there's something I've learned about this place, it's to keep an eye out for pleasant surprises, they pop up outta nowhere! Like you, I'm definitely hoping we get to keep seeing various stylistic things and homages from the prior FF games (though maybe not so many direct characters LOL).

Welcome to the community! Don't let making the jump from forum to ingame roleplay worry you too much, as the others have said it's not too hard once you get the hang of it. Besides, there are more than a few of us here who like to forum RP so you'll be able to have your cake and eat it too. 8-)

We're glad to have you and I think I can speak for quite a few people when I say that we've all had a few bad experiences here and there with other RP'ers, so you're definitely not the only one there. That aside, here's hoping our community can provide all the RP you're looking for and then some. People are quite helpful and open here, to say the least. Also, that's a pretty smooth piece of art you have as an avatar.
