Jana's story is about Decay. Her relationships, morals, mental state, even the effects of her attacks as an ACN... I haven't quite decided if she's at the point of no return yet though; there's still RP I'd like to do with her!
There shouldn't be any tight packs of hostile enemies if you go north through Gridania and N. Shroud, people are usually willing to help if you need an escort anyway though.
fuq u Warren, I checked NML before this subforum.
I'm glad I'm not alone on the "worried about being OP" front; Shoshopu and Jana are both SMNs so maybe it's just the community stigma on playing a capital-J Job instead of Pauper #45.
Rated X.
The twist is that they're all male Miqo'te.
I don't watch many movies but I guess Jana's RP story could be summed up as being a revenge flick that ends in a downward spiral instead of on a hopeful note?
The South Korean approach to the problem of sexualization of women in games has always been to sexualize everyone. I do like FFXIV's approach but I'm used to this kind of thing in MMOs!
If you want to make a Grindstone after-party, official or not, just be aware that it tends to end really late with the high population of challengers attending every week. Post-Grindstone RP is (usually) a short tidbit before bed in US time zones.
I use a wind-up minecart minion sometimes as a pack-bearing mammet, but not too often. Jana doesn't really have time to dedicate to pets so while I've used a few in-character, it was mostly until she could sell them.
Jana is a jack-of-all-arms in melee combat, having a little bit of skill with most weapons and specialising in unarmed/fist weapons. She could be convinced to tutor someone, or very easily talked into a sparring match.
The relic chain has always been about grinding easy content for the stats, as opposed to doing a difficult raid for the stats. I've never set foot into Alex HM but I honestly don't think I need this either... I still have my old relic about 40% through the Garuda HM lights stage.
Dzemael Darkhold being a cave doesn't mean anything in terms of Duskwight/Wildwood; it's basically a cave that was in a convenient spot to build a fort, not an ancestral home on the same level as Gelmora the the Shroud. I feel fairly certain that at least the 4 noble houses are already all confirmed to be Wildwood, though not 100%. It's not really on topic though.
I guess this is where I should say the Most Terrible Ship of hyper-violence Jana and hyper-yellow journalism Spahro has capsized. Eorzea has been spared.
