However, even if you have forgiven people, that doesn't mean that they will forgive you, especially if you haven't gone to those you have wronged and actually asked for forgiveness. You can't expect people to just "forgive and forget" if you haven't apologized. And some things can't really be taken back, so you shouldn't be surprised if people hold a grudge. 1 Link to comment
