Yea i get this, and my advise is to slow down and let people have space. I try to get the other players to RP and stuff and then add in more plot as appropriate. Sometime it feels like you will never get the plot done If they are RPing then generally they are having fun. If you find it is just you doing things, then you are basically telling a story not RPing. In summary, often less is more.

Back back she is back... all rejoice! Anyhow, I tank a lot.. So when I heal or dps I still do, on occasion, run in pulling the boss. The I am heard screaming "not the tank, nooooot!" Other than that I also sit in meeting rooms alone to then realise this is not that day or hour. For me time is not a constant it is more a game of chance.

I'd fully support this. However, interest gets patchy and folks move on. I have witnessed this on similar initiatives. Though I think if you have a veriaty alow it to be organc and maybe use or link with other RP support (eg taverns) then it could be sustained.

Well I would let healing help and blend it witgh physio. That way you heal, get to complain and gave an old war wound. Initially have it in a sling then start to use it again. You may consider making the wound a trait later on where he is weak in that arm. In future if he has s stabbed in the same location he can say, "oh no not again"

I think you could do this with a few accommodations. You need a party to run the dungeons that's a practical thing and people can still help ooc. You want to RP, so people can play as themself, a souped up version of themself or an NPC. Rationalising how a character gets an epix battery shoved in them is upto them and could be a whole thing in itself. You also want to open up the RP for others story too. Each can take/rationalise what happens from the shared experience. I'm in EU timezone and would be up to help. I generally play low power but am happy to kick it straight to ludicrous speed.
