People are quite welcome to observe anonymously... I've gotten some PMs about guard work and the like, I'm definitely happy to have some help be it a small or large part. I will touch base with everyone and make a list of special guests and paid workers for the event tomorrow. Outside of the main performance, if anyone is interested in priest work or mini things afterwards I'm happy to help support that by providing a little alcove area and promoting it. Nald'thal is the overseer of transactions and the underworld, and god of commerce. He commands the element of fire and is associated with the tenth moon of the Eorzean calendar. Nald'thal is the single manifestation of the deific twins Nald and Thal. He is most often depicted as a discerning merchant holding a balance. His symbol is the cowry, an ancient shell currency. Event starts at Highbridge in Eastern Thanalan (21:21) on Sunday October 12th at 9:30PM Eastern EDT (-5 UTC). There will be escort available for low levels to make it safety to the meet up point and the venue. There is no dress code for this event; participants are encouraged to come in comfortable walking clothes and shoes. Music and stories from some special guest speakers and bards will highlight the evening. After the presentation, everyone is encouraged to mingle, give prayers and thoughts, or partake in the smaller congregations. Entire main event is planned to last a hour with hosts staying around afterwards for free-form role play. ~While this is a pilgrimage in celebration of one of the Twelve, really would like to express the theme and environment of this event is to come together and have an inspiration evening for each other and on reflection. That's definitely a great avenue to look at it as far as what kinds of dislikes they are and the impact they have on the character. The intensity of the dislike. Maybe some of them are simple pet-peeves and annoyances. Or maybe some of them send the person into an absolute fury like trigger words. Jancis has a great annoyance with being called Child to the point that is really upsets her, or even if she does something she considers to be a childish mistake she will mule over and fume taking out the frustration in probably a brutal training session.

It struck me quite roughly when I heard his voice cry out. Surely I would think that I move as fast for anyone else's entreaty, but the tug and frustration was immeasurable. This man has love and a new family, a tribe as they say, that he thoroughly deserves. Such a selfish creature that Hnaba was; how dare she scoff at what she tried to steal. She even killed another, Cici, killed another man and dressed him up in L'aenoh's clothes, his eye-patch and all, and burned the body hoping we would give up. After that is naught but multiple requests and it is all I can do to keep my wounds clean and hope they heal with my constant travel. She poisoned him and I need a grave help with it. These cities, their rules their shadows try at my patience. This somnus is hard to find and the majority of my inquiries have been ignored and pushed away while others seem quite willing to lead me astray. One night I was given a hefty proposition for it that only speak of true ill will. At first I only wished to get some to test and understand what withdrawal L'aenoh suffers from, but I realize the case is far more grievous than that; he has begged me for it. The look in his eye with those sunken cheeks is quite a weight to bear. I must get this for him, I must treat it to lessen its effects and curb the torment his body is receiving not that it is without. I contemplated asking Master Vann about it, but I dare not. He is a very influential man and he has spoken to me about such ventures before; were I to take advantage of his generosity would be in poor taste. Do not want the man for his money, for his power, or his connections. Would it be wrong to take such a step for L'aenoh's sake, though? It is hard to meditate and focus my thoughts. There has been no time to rest; no time to regroup my efforts. Alas, Althyk the Keeper feels so far away right now. You have connections within the Jewel. Catching up with this thread as well as other people over the weekend. So happy with the interest and response. I'll be sending out some more PMs with the details and get down a time so I can post the event with a solid date and time. Aiming for a Sunday or a Wednesday around 9:30pm EST. I'm sorry for the delayed PMs, for some reason my browser did not update to show the last three replies from Friday over the weekend.

There was a day the past month were the power went out for a day at home and work so I basically had the day off. I ended up cleaning, running five errands, walking, exercising (okay to music on my phone), and crocheting. I think I would probably do volunteer work, draw, be more creative in the kitchen, and crochet. Be a productive person. :blush: [align=center][/align]

I should know this. I should know who beat out Zetsoumei. I know there's a couple Linkshells at least that are OOC to help people meet up for role play. OpenRP is in the Linkshell Hall for starters. A lot of friends have others to connect with.

Considering I don't have a time down I'd rather over-recruit because some people are sure to have something come up or simply can't make the time the majority can. And if we have "too many" it's really just more to watch and enjoy! :lol: You've hit it on the head, that idea is basically what I'm going for and this time one in particular since it's going to be during the tenth month of the year. I may be bad, but I feel good. Holy multiple games, Batman! You get around. Moon Guard! I was on that server for years and ended up leaving late last year for some friends. I didn't really role play much outside of my guild (which focused PvE so it was extremely small role play) but nice to hear the name again!

I'm looking to set up a little hour long presentation event for the season and need a few people who have the inspiration to contribute. The event is themed around Nald'thal (and has nothing to do with creepy cultists, Crows, or the like) so people who are priests, followers, or otherwise interested please let me know. Timing is in October but no definite date is set. The writing and practice I plan to have a little bit IC or at least written up on the forum for immersion and preparation. Jancis walked around Limsa, her demeanor better than before. She had recovered from the majority of her wounds, mental and physical, as had most of the company who fought against the insane mage. She still thought about his hands, raw from scratching at the walls and chain that bound her friend in place. L'aenoh had survived, surely from sheer force of will, but was still dealing with recovery. Particularly the withdrawal. Receiving news from Master Chuchukepa on behalf of the Ossuary, the main poison in the swordsman's system had been somnus, and Jancis knew very little about it. Asking the local merchants about the item had only gotten her wary looks and one of the older ladies berated her for the inquiry. After a slew of apologies, Jancis decided to try elsewhere. Making her way to the airship, Jancis headed to the jewel of the desert. Surely someone there would answer her inquiry on the poison. The poison's treatment wasn't the only thing on her mind. She wanted to meet up with Oscare, her thoughts drifting to the letter in her pocket and the words in it, and hopefully see that confident smile on his face once again.
