Shoshopu

I mostly would push the button to give people better capacity to communicate with eachother. I wouldn't want to take away peoples' own agency and preferences (because every now and then one likes to try something new and different, and if everybody is doing the same thing, that's hard to do!) but overall I'd like the community to treat eachother better. Everyone would be able to convey exactly what they mean and be understood by others and there'd be much fewer misunderstandings, and more actual, constructive agreements and disagreements. As for what kinds of stories that would get told? Um...! The stories people want to tell! Hopefully the Button also gives them the ability to see their stories through and be able to include everyone who mutually wants to be included. Can the button magically make schedules line up? Although I have a preference for some stories, of course, I would like to see all the stories. Why only pick one flavor of ice cream when the Button allows you to afford them all? I wouldn't want to limit myself to just one flavor. I guess that sounds like an easy answer-- but there'd also be a lot more epic, sweeping romances, and more roegadyn. Also the lalafell who want to be taken seriously would be.

I'm sad I missed this! My elf Eaubront would love to come on the next one (if I don't have work or Spellguard in the meantime)! It looks like it was a lot of fun!!

For the sake of your wallet, I don't really think the Thavnairian stuff really screams "tribal"... /rubs cheek In my humble opinion, anyways. The Thavnairian stuff makes me think more of west-Asian inspired settings like FFXI's Aht Urghan than "Native American"-style tribes. Of course there are tribal cultures in real-life west Asia, but their clothes are still significantly less ornate. I really like the new dhalmelskin/expeditioner's glamour set, although the top for females has that weird dangly thing on one side that seems like it would get in the way.

If you wanna go with what the tribes in the Shroud wear, you can get the exact hat and tunic as dungeon drops.

I'm still working on it, but I intend to finish it within the next day or two. I always spend forever on Aspects ><

OOOOH what if the treasure dungeons are like the Moblin Maze Mongers!? ALSO!!! ALSO!!!! I wonder which one? I wonder if they'll keep going in the same order they always do (ifrit > titan > garuda > leviathan > ramuh......) like they seem to be doing with the wind-up minions, or if it'll be based on popular demand?

Hey, it's no problem! The friend I was asking about it for said there's no huge rush. I know my rock lore question is still pending but here's another question for a friend (one who has an account here but he doesn't often post /STARES), what's with the BLM stuff always covering one eye? I found an earlier thread that was even Sounsyy'd (and the reddit thread that thread linked to) about the idea that THMs would literally replace their eyes with materia or otherwise 'give up' their eyes to magic, but what do we actually know about that? I seem to remember in the THM quests that you would sometimes see something glowing from behind that eye covering...?

I think the lighting is off in some of the pictures, too. Like the one with the brown hair, there's a distinct warm tone to that screenshot, while the one of her in the back of the cart is quite cool toned. I think maybe one of the pictures isn't loading, maybe-- In either case, I reckon that haircolor is what Shoshopu's used to be, before I decided to make it (and her) darker. I have a preference for darker browns- and brown in general is a warm and cozy color to me until you get into the weird purpley-blue-browns.

Maybe a shade of brown, if not that shade of brown. I associate dark, warm colors like that with the sort of character you describe her as. I think it suits her more. It's very grounded.

I try to leave rumors if Shoshopu's associated with someone enough to! I also leave rumors in exchange for rumors, although that's only happened.... twice...

I'm addicted!! I have all the items, all the remodels, and all of the mementos except for Billy's and Senor's. Even though they're like Baby's First Rare Cats they're being stingy! >< Pickles, Peaches and Cocoa are my favorites ;o; OH AND SPECKLES

I know the lore is there, from things like the mining leves and such, but it's been so long x.x"
