As much as I'd hate it, I would say the AFK timer needs to be back for a place like Balmung. It could help... it could not but we won't know.

Well, I have Althena and she has a stepson and she has a daughter at one year of age. She makes a good mother balancing that with her studies with her husband on anything aether. Then there is T'shina who is my main. Now, she wants kids and is really good with them. Her mate wants many children which Miqo'te are bound to have lots of girls. But she has a hard time getting pregnant and I made this so because of not wanting to play out a pregnancy and dependency at the moment. However, it could be a thing. But with her adopted brothers having kids right now she's thinking she's broke!

Also to note for the transfers, you can transfer all the characters you want for that $18 fee. No additional.

I'm not sure if I work that evening but if I don't, I'll be there.

My Seeker is actually a T tribe so it would be interesting to see how they interact. She grew up there until she went out on her own because of reasons <.< But it would be interesting I think.

You know, now that I do think about it. Balmung being a Legacy server may have something to do with it. Being that there are already tons of characters on this server already from 1.0 and what if they are reading those untouched characters and now untouched accounts from when it was 1.0? If I'm right, Balmung was merged from two servers then too? At least that's what my husband says is that Besaid use to be the old RP server. It'd be kind of sad to think that would be the reason why. Though how to solve the issue on our end is well, impossible. Because whether it be server congestion or data storage (which we can still transfer and they can deny that!) then I don't know... I'm going to be pretty annoyed when I want to make my Au Ra alt because I think they are going to be fascinating and I want to learn all their lore. (And I bet you learn a lot from their starting quests since they HAVE to have something different from normal, right? Hopefully.)

Starting the morning as usual, the young Miqo'te slung her bow across her back and was out to see what kind of work she could find. But first, to see if she had anything of interest in the mail from her sales on some materia she had gotten a hold of. It didn't take long for her to make her way to the Moogle with whom she had already prodded for all Moogle information she could get and smiled at him brightly. "Anything today?" The moogle nodded and started going through his bag. "Yes yes! We've got something from Miss Lulash and a mystery, kupo!" Ears perk forward at the mention of the mystery and she would take the letters offered to her. Tucking the gil away from her sales into her gil pouch she'd look the heavy letter over and turn it in her hands. The Moogle Delivery obviously curious of the contents as well. She'd open the letter and pull the gemstone out and laying it flat in her small hand. Her thumb runs along the carved feather to find the edges are not even raised and this peaks her curiosity. "There is a missive, kupo!" Her eyes quickly draw from the gem as she takes the page out and tucks the envelope in her traveling bag. Licking her lips she looks over the words and takes a deep breath. She had been taking lessons with her mate on her literacy but still she had trouble having gone so long without learning quite a bit. "Dearest friend, In the spi... spiree... spirit of Sssstar... starlight, we are dis.. distrrr... mmm... distributing blessings or proper... no, prospar... prosperity to all. Please accept this gemstone and think of it as a tock... no, token of good fortune. Sisters of the Red... Looo... Lotus?" Obviously some words she was not familiar with or had she read them before so easily. The Moogle seemed to follow each word as if helping her mouth them along, if you could see his mouth of course! She looks the letter over a few times with her eyes and turns it over before looking to the Moogle. "Who gave this to you?" He only shakes his head. "Don't know, kupo." She tucks the letter away and gives a small nod. Her eyes coming to the gemstone once more before she puts it in her pocket rather than her satchel. "I'll get Tenha'a to look at it. He might know who these sisters are. Take care of yourself and I'll see you tomorrow." A little spin was the Moogle's farewell as she turned and while she gave a look of no worries to the little creature, the moment she turned her brows furrowed and she would bring her hand over her pocket curiously. Now what could this be?

I'm excited for the Au Ra. I wonder how many horn options there are and what kind of skin tone options there will be. I like how they made the males look kind of like Elezen but yet they have a muscular tone to them. And the random patches of scales are nice. Due to lore it would be hard for them to make a beast tribe playable so they had to make them pretty humanoid which is what I expected. And then! I can't wait to see the Ishgardian players go crazy because the "Dravanians" are around!

Class wise, T'shina is really just an Archer. Nothing particular or special about it. Sure she can sing not that she's told anyone but she's not the most vocal in battle in that aspect and any of her special arrows she crafts through means of using aether shards. Like a fire arrow for an exploding shot or something like that.

Well, I play a T tribe Seeker from Gridania and though Shina believes she is the only daughter of her mother, among having several half sisters, it could be quite possible that she had a sister and her mother never told her about it since she probably thinks she has died. Though the mother is an NPC in this case. It could be interesting I think. Just send me a PM and we can put out details if you'd like to RP.

Is your Miqo'te a Seeker or a Keeper?

Unfortunately, I don't play the character Anon as a character at all. But more to give a way for people to deliver to others in an Anonymous manner since letters always have signed name and making a random character just to deliver a message is difficult and so the character can exist!

T'shina Vashka Rating Scale: 1 - 10. 1 as complete Sin. 10 as complete Virtue. 4 near the middle, closer to the Sin. 5 near the middle closer to the Virtue. Lust vs Chasity 4 T’shina does not abstain from any form of desire but she doesn’t give into it either. Her own relationship with her mate is actually very sexual and started off so even though it has become so much more. Gluttony vs Temperance 7 T’shina does not believe in having too much of something until it is necessary. (As in stocking up on food for the winter) She’s use to having very little and comfortable with having only what she needs and sometimes even less but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have items that she finds that she likes. Greed vs Charity 7 Material possession is something that T’shina does not have nor does she care for. Most things she has are those that she’s worked for or made herself and often she wears these things until there is nothing left. She is also very mindful of loving those around her and also giving much of herself to others, the drawback being she only does this if she gains a certain level of trust for you but she has even been known to step forward when she feels someone is being wronged and she is passionate enough about it. Sloth vs Diligence 10 Many will know that T’shina barely rests for anything and is working each day by hunting, scouting, or other things. To take a day of rest it often takes a lot to convince her to do so or she would grow ill from it. But many don’t know that she is very spiritually diligent as well. She gives her prayers to the Twelve often and when she was younger would often participate in the dances and songs to praise them. Even now she hides away from others and does such things, especially when she feels that the prayers need to be particularly strong at the time. T’shina is a firm believer in the Twelve and what they have gifted her and those around her, as well as the trails placed in front of her. Wrath vs Patience 3 For T’shina she does not have much patience but has been exercising it greatly. But she does have a temper and when she is wronged she holds onto this. She has not been known to act on such feelings but she does hold a grudge which would bring her more towards the side of Wrath, rather than Patience. When she finds a dislike for someone, it doesn’t usually get resolved and the more an issue of distaste for her is pushed the more angry she gets and the more she will hold onto it even if the anger eventually becomes unwarranted, it will not be let go. Envy vs Kindness 5 This one was a difficult one to discern but I can find her somewhere in the middle. She is not the type to go out of the way for others and she does feel jealousy towards others for what they possess however, it has never been a driving force. Thus, I feel she is perfectly in the middle when it comes to this particular case but should I choose which way she would lean towards, it would be Kindness. She has extended her hand to strangers before but due to quite a few times of having it refused she doesn’t do so as often. Pride vs Humility 6 T’shina is quite aware of what she is good at and isn’t afraid to boast that she’s a very good shot with a bow. She never misses after all! But she is able to acknowledge skill in others and be able to recognize the accomplishments of others but that doesn’t stop her from acknowledging herself as well. She knows her weaknesses and her strengths. However, where as Humility also describes the ability to face her fears, uncertainties, and intimidation, she cannot. It is actually her greatest weakness and it has caused her great pain in the past and does so now. But over all, she leans more towards humility because while she takes pride in her own talents and rightly does so, she does acknowledge others and even encourages the skills that others have. Does your character lean more towards the Sins or the Virtues? Virtues. Which Sin does your character most emulate? Wrath. Which Virtue does your character most emulate? Diligence. Which of these Sins or Virtues do you and/or your character believe they need to work on the most? I think that her and I can both agree she needs to work more on her Humility and Pride. As it is a great state of conflict for the character. Her fears hinder her in this aspect making it her greatest flaw.

I just recently posted this on my tumblr as well. For some time I’ve always had a fascination about the Seven Deadly Sins and the Seven Heavenly Virtues. But I had never thought to apply them to my character. Always a character can be attributed to a sin, usually as a weak point or something that does move their character in particular direction but we don’t often hear of the Virtues. So, I’ve developed a small exercise for others to look at and get to know their characters more when it comes to what Sin and/or Virtues they can represent. After all, we are not all Sinful and we are not all Virtuous. That’s what makes a character round!

I think that those who would have wanted posters that we should have a directory of them? That way those who do play bounty hunters or forms of law enforcement can get a hold of these wanted posters.
