I'm curious as to how many people posted in new people's threads and ended up never doing anything with them. There's no real follow-through and think about how much of a dickwad you'll feel about calling other people out on it.

Partially that, partially to not hold it out in the open. All houses have a cap on the amount of people who can enter - limiting the amount of people per FC is also a measure to make sure more FCs can participate. Won't say the rest, too sour and too emotional for all of this rational thread.

/shout is the best idea to attract people. Including a ton of people who're gonna troll the fuck out of your whatever-have-you. I'm not saying it's a horrible idea, I'm saying you get what's in that zone at that moment. If you get a majority of RPers, good. If you get a majority of fuckwits with time to lose, welp. Kell performs the rituals of his homeland when no one is looking. SHOCKING~. Mostly because he clings to the fear that was first said by the traders who gave him a lift, warning him that the rituals could be seen as being tempered or worshiping a primal. You thought I was going to go into a wacky zone as I am wont to do, right? WELL... nope.

That we're not given the position to say "Nah, Ishgarde can burn. Y'all reap what you sow." is one of the few things I dislike about this game. I personally think you're giving SE too much credit. They put too much emphasis on Vishap. My guess is that the clear happens when Vishap falls, but the chief corps of the Dravinians still smashes through. You just prevented Vishap from actually living through the fight and wrecking everything else.

For me it's less performance anxiety (Kell being Kell will cause awkwardness regardless of whether I screw up or not) moreso than not having an "in" most times. A lot of the usual suspects know each other and have been through thick and thin. I've no problems RPing with people I've been with, but when it comes to complete strangers, I've got barely anything in common with them so I have to bank on them approaching me or get no RP. I mean, I didn't know Aya or anyone from that night, but once I found an in, I just got there, and fun times were had by all. I just need a hook. I can only say that I've not had a TON of paragraphs, usually just concentrating on simple gestures and speech, yet there is no problems. Keep in mind I often emote if there's an adequate one, and move adequately. I use my in-game avatar as a way to communicate non-verbally because we have that tool.

PRO TIP : You can access the character creator even if Balmung isn't up, so save your character's appearance with a comment with their name to accelerate the creation process when Balmung is actually open.

I definitely agree. Just the step from Supra to Lucis is a step in the right direction. Far less dependent on RNG. If that's the direction they want to take with end-game crafting, with the specializations, I'm sure I'll find something I want to specialize in. As much as I want it to be Blacksmithing, I'm thinking Culinarian.

Hm, for Kell... - Stylized masks for every class - Example : An offshoot of the Phlegeton's Mask for WAR, and something more classy for PLD. iLvl equal to current tomestones. - Weapons for every class (iLvl equal to current tomestones) - Dyeable, Desynthesizable. Most of them are made to evoke ornate alternate weaponry for each class (Example : DRG - Halberd, MNK - Wraps with magical characters written on them) - Rare Drop : The Emperor's Oil - Right-click to have your character exhibit the watery effect as though you were standing in rain.

Lani can create RP happenings by just being in a spot and poking someone to show up. I think I already said that, but damn if that's not worth repeating.

Last I checked, I'm white as fuck. I also don't do that much research - I use what's in the game and extrapolate from there. I'll do the research when it comes to actual RL stuff, but let's be real here - we're using crystal shards to synthesize stuff together, EVEN IN COOKING.

So this code isn't Steam only? If so, yessssssss. I always enjoy saving money.
