  1. Kara and Clive feeding the children among the other refugees.
  2. Opera 12.17 , Windows 7 I noticed that if I copy and paste the wiki address on google chrome, I can browse it, but if I try to copy a link to a picture in my wiki (on Chrome) and paste it into opera, it won't display it.
  3. I seem unable to access the wiki in any shape or form at the moment. Does that have anything to do with these errors?
  4. Jet'a uses the BLM artifact (well, myth actually) most of the time.. I've never really made a big deal out of it or talked about it IC nor giving it particular reasons to wear it... He is nocturnal and dislikes leaving his skin exposed to both light and touch, and well.. I OOCly liked the Auron-look the high collar gave him. As for relic weapons, I have none yet but I never really paid any mind to what others used. Weapons in Eorzea have all so many flashy and weird design, I feel my character at this point would take exotic-looking weapons as granted and not care about them. There's far far too many strange weapons vs the "common" weapons for them to look any special or call any attention at this point.
  5. Lahabrea pictures from the first cutscene... cause I want his cowl and mask so bad.
  6. Personally I am a bit confused at how much negativity there is about aether and its uses in Eorzea. Surely there are people who do not want to be magic users, but we have to remember that aether is not simply "a magic substance". It's the prime matter of all things. In a real-world aspect, it's the equivalent of atoms. While we do not have mental control on them, we already have the ability through our technology to manipulate atoms and do both great and terrific things with them. But do we call that "magic"? The way I see it, Eorzea is a world in which a percentage of its inhabitants can, through training and study (or technology, if we look at Garleans), have control on atomic physics and the way they work (and thus manipulating their laws too, such as in the case of dragoon jumps or white mages floating during Holy). That's what aether is to me. While it is perfectly okay to RP not having this kind of control on aether, I feel it should be reasonable to use it as a justification to things that are not possible to common people who do not exploit aetheric control. Much how in modern days we use physics and chemistry to explain what we cannot normally do on our own. Everything else, that we label with all kinds of words such as miracles and supernatural phenomena should be much much rarer in the world than a rogue using Hide. I am losing my own thread in all what I'm trying to say, but the main point is: to me, things explained through aether control are legit enough and not necessarily requiring magic powers.
  7. Jet'a Vann: Dark, noble, quiet and elegant. He can only be... Blue: Mysterious, cold, but also loyal. She is... Vincent: Family-oriented, sophisticated, elegant and proud. He's... Chiara: Noble, yet modest, strong and independent. She can only be... Kujh'a: Curious, energetic, playful and friendly. What better totem if not... Dylise: Loner, dangerous and vicious. She's surely.... Clive: Proud, easy to anger, protective with his close-ones and a determined fighter. He's obviously... Valeria: A fierce hunter that won't hold back until her prey is caught. Definitely...
  8. Yup, that looked neat. I'm also curious to see what Spielberg will do to unbury Jurassic Park from its last two flops. The fact that they're going back to animatronics dinosaurs is a very positive sign to me! Until then...
  9. Whisper Willow meets Clive at the Stonethrow refugee camp, where he has lived for the past year.
  10. Silke and Kujh'a, watching their minions becoming friends! And um... mounts raising confirmed...?
  11. I'm not sure who you have supposedly offended, but to be honest I think this is a little overdramatic... Maybe bring it to /tells with them, or PMs?
  12. Jet'a's? I wanted male mithras since FFXI, for once. And for second, I didn't want to play anything that I had already played on XI. When I start fresh, I like to start anew, rather than carry over a previous character I RPd.
  13. I have noticed by watching conversations between people meeting for the first time, that unless they have a "bridge-friend" to introduce them to each other, they will generally always be super friendly and over-complimenting, which is... well, at least here in Italy, not quite how RL works. My main guess is that it's all OOC-leaking. People want people to RP with, and to make sure to make themselves interesting to each other they will usually try to be appealing and flattering in as many ways as possible. I have a couple anti-social characters (one of which extremely sexist and sly) and I RP them fully even with strangers. The result is that 99% of times the strangers will walk away from them and not return, so in a way I understand why people prefer to first be super-friendly to strangers, and then reveal their colder/ruder/truer side only later, when they'll think they're acquainted enough with the new RPer to be their IC-selves and not chase him/her off.
  14. Arrival in Limsa Lominsa, and meeting new people! Oh, and also Blade urges Blue in more "fitting" clothes..
  15. Blue and Blade meeting old friends (Eva) in Camp Bronze Lake. While fishing, Blade decides that the girl's name from there on will be 'Blue', better than nothing? Blade throwing up at the edge of a cliff after being served a salad from Blue.. made with moss fallen from his Goobbue's back.
  16. Ah, the Full Moon Gala back in 2013.. so many memories.
  17. Lots of search, yep! And some findings are just priceless...
  18. Blade escorting Blue to Limsa Lominsa, with a break here and there to rest and eat. It was a long walk!
  19. Another background shot, this time of Pharos Sirius.
  20. A little disappointed with the wedding mount. Previous shown artwork had lead me to think it'd be a carriage... Oh well. Hopefully it won't be just this, or it'll be a pretty poor and disappointing patch. New poses and emotes, please! (T-T And the IC status icon too...)
  21. As much as I am aware, only the Azure Dragoon is unique. A generic Dragoon is the title given to any knight that has beat a dragon/hunts dragons for a living, or am I wrong? I have a character that dreams to become a dragoon and never really felt like I was a special case.
  22. And their males should grow spines on their.. ... uhhh I'll let you guys google that.
