While Aedan isn't exactly Ala Mhigan by birth (his family left some time before things went downhill), I'd be glad to toss him out for making more friends.

In the spirit of the thread/topic can we all agree that this is something serious and while it should be talked about, it may not be the place to debate whether it is or isn't selfish. I'd maybe recommend such things be shifted to PMs as it's an intensely personal matter to a LOT of people and there are bound to be feelings on it that (more than likely given past history here) will turn the thread into a wreck waiting for a mod to show up with a fire extinguisher.

All I know is I hope vampires are bullet proof from all the MCH shots being fired in this thread. I don't know how many more 'Oh snap' gifs I can find on the internet! I think this is just going to be one of those things that 'most' people consider bad form (like saying you have the actual, one of a kind artifact weapon or some other rare item) but is acceptable in whatever group you play/rp with. Different strokes, different folks and all that. Thankfully the Balmung sandbox is big enough that you should be able to find someone that'll go along with it despite what others think. I'm just...surprised the thread has gone on this long to be perfectly honest. ......... Also I hope someone gives me an invite when we start the Ishgardian Underground Monster Wrestling Linkshell, I'm rolling up a werewolf for that RITE NAO.

Martiallais is in his late 20s, like 28-29ish. I'm still balancing his age around his siblings and such. Aedan is pretty fresh into the 30s but I haven't quite narrowed it down yet.

Going to see about getting Aedan in here sooner or later!

Short answer: Everyone else? In the case of Mar at least. Long answer: I never set out to make an overly handsome/beautiful/whatever-word-you-wish sort of character, it's been the interactions with other people both IC and OOC that actually nudged me to consider making it (a certain level of attractiveness according to the standards of the world/game/etc) a part of the character. I honestly couldn't tell you what apparent magical combination jackpot I chose but the number of random complimentary 'wow your character is really _____!' whispers has become a running thing. Even on the (still wip) wiki entry, I don't touch on it myself. The brief mention I have ready to add to his Fate-14 page (as a stunt mind you) states that he'd only get a brief bonus to interactions during a scene if the person interacting with him finds him attractive because I wouldn't want to try and force anything on anyone else. Personally? Cliche as it sounds, I always figure if someone finds him attractive it's because he has a warm, welcoming personality and all.

Just wanted to say thanks again for letting Martiallais tag along on some recent shenanigans. Definitely looking forward to doing so again or just hanging out in general. :thumbsup:

While Macross is and always will be my first mecha love, Gundam has a special place in my heart too. There are a lot of them I still need to see like Zeta/Double Zeta, 00, Seed, etc -08TH MS Team: My favorite series hands down. -G Gundam: I love it despite it being campy and OMG space racism (lol) but when you mix martial arts and mechs how can you go wrong? -Wing: It was good but I don't think it was as great as everyone makes it out to be. However I definitely love the suit designs. Heavyarms/Epyon/Tallgeese being my favorites. -0083: Another series I really enjoyed, mostly for the suits. -0080: So good but SO depressing. At the time I saw it, probably the most heart stabbing thing I'd seen. Still really touching to this day.

Steel is awesome all around. Seriously, if you haven't played/RP'd with them yet, you don't know what you're missing! Just..do it!
