However the data that's been complied about what race and gender are being used, indicate that Hyur Highlander females and Roegadyn females are not used by very many players. We definitely took that into consideration when finalizing the design of female Au Ra." I knew a player of a female Highlander who lamented the fact she couldn't find a partner for her character because the 'desirable males' were scared off by the fact she was a Highlander female. Eventually, she fantasia'd to a Midlander and found happy love. So, I wonder...do certain blokes find female Highlanders and Roegadyns emasculating and intimidating? I also prefer to pair my characters with others that happen to be around their height; since I play a Moon Keeper and a Midlander, this limits them to both Hyur clans, Miqo'tes and minimum height Elezens. That about sums it up for me, but I can't speak for anyone else. Link to comment

If people don't want to start a storyline with another because if how their character may look then to me it probably is someone I would want to avoid anyway. I love how strong Highlander women look and am happy to play one. There are plenty of people out there that show them love, they probably are just looking more for story then romance for their character. In other words...Bestlanders. Link to comment

Though that doesn't mean a Lalafell couldn't have a sexy personality! I've met at least two of those.
